Surf Sanctuary in Naturewalk was the perfect house for our family. It had many different seating areas that were perfect for visiting and playing games. We so enjoyed the mostly fenced backyard that had a firepit, the screened in backporch with a TV, the ping pong room, the large kitchen with a beautiful island that was perfect for entertaining, and just the overall comfort of the whole place! The owners really put a lot of thought and effort into their home!
Oversee was so great to work with. Anytime I needed help or had a question, they responded immediately and were so helpful. We will most definitely be back! 10 out of 10 in every way!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The unit was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The condo is a lot larger than it seems in the pictures and we were able to really spread out. We loved having the grass right off the patio for the little ones to play when we weren’t down at the beach. There were wonderful restaurants and a gathering area within a very short walking distance of the unit so the location was perfect. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location again.

Stayed at this property for a one month vacation and it did not disappoint. In fact, it surprised me! Mainly at how wonderful this property management company is – responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to assist! The house was also perfect for our needs – super close to the beach and a lovely nature trail. Includes beach chairs, beach blankets and bikes. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the bbq was a nice perk. The pool was nice to have although we didn’t use it since we came for the beach!! The property is also in a great central location between seaside and Alys beach. Can’t say enough good things about the e tire experience CE. Highly recommend

Prime Location (10/10): You really couldn’t ask for a better spot! It’s a short, easy walk straight to the beach, which made our daily dips in the ocean effortless and fun. The house is super close to local shops and restaurants, and it’s just minutes from WaterColor, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary. Whether you’re craving fresh seafood, boutique shopping, or more beach vibes, everything is conveniently nearby without feeling crowded.
Stunning Design & Layout: From the moment we pulled up, we fell in love with the look and design of the house—modern yet cozy, with pleasing and relaxing colors inside that created such a serene vibe. The layout is spot-on: spacious, flowing rooms that make it perfect for families or groups. The kitchen is a standout—fully equipped, stylish, and a joy to cook in (or just grab coffee in the mornings).
Outdoor Oasis: The backyard is pure privacy heaven! It features a beautiful pool, an outdoor TV for movie nights under the stars, and a great grill for BBQs. We spent so many evenings out there, unwinding after beach days—it felt like our own private resort.
Extras That Made It Special: Coming with a golf cart was a game-changer for zipping around the area, and the house was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. No details were overlooked!
This rental exceeded all expectations and made our vacation unforgettable. If you’re heading to the 30A area, book this one—you won’t regret it!

A couple of weeks before our vacation, we learned from Oversee that our original booking wasn’t available due to construction on the building. They worked with us to find a replacement. We were no longer beachfront, but were in a beautiful home that was a short walk from the beach. Oversee helped us to rearrange our beach chair and bike rentals. They worked with the rental company so that we got a complete refund. They provided some great chairs and beach towels.
