Set in one of 30A’s most iconic neighborhoods, this prime location is just two streets over from the bustling town square. You’re also close to the beach and the pool, so a quick hop on a bike? You’re ready for some Class A exploring!

The small journey to the shore is part of the routine.

No packing the car, just walk out your front door and head to the sugar-white sand. A wooden path winds through the dunes before opening to wide white beaches and clear water that looks even better in person.

Inside, the home feels relaxed, warm, and thoughtfully finished. Vaulted ceilings and natural light brighten the living area, while warm wood floors and comfy seating create an easy gathering space, perfect for a regroup after a full day outside.

The kitchen is efficient, well-equipped, and ready for anything, from quick breakfasts to unhurried dinners. The dining table, a wonderful setting that tends to host meals that last longer than planned.

Bedrooms are bright and peaceful, layered in crisp linens and soft light, each offering excellent privacy and its own private balcony. Bathrooms feature marble finishes and glass showers, while a reading nook and laundry round out the comforts.

The Nature School will host the "Waves of Change: from Salt to Soil" Earth Week Gala on April 18, 2026, at Bud and Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This event supports the school's mission to educate the next generation of environmental stewards through outdoor learning and conservation initiatives. The evening begins with an exclusive VIP champagne reception at 5:30 PM, followed by the main gala from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Attendees will enjoy a sunset toast, live music by the Pickled Pickers, chef-curated small plates, and an open bar. Throughout the evening, themed tables will represent local ecosystems like forests and dunes to highlight the interconnectedness of coastal life. A significant announcement regarding the school's transition to a plastic-free campus will also be made. Funds raised will benefit student-led projects such as dune restoration and wildlife conservation, as well as the expansion of outdoor learning facilities and scholarships. Janet Stein, the school's founder, emphasizes that the event aims to shape future environmental leaders. Amazing seaside home!

Stayed here with 3 couples and a 2 year old! We had an amazing time. Beautiful, comfortable home in a perfect location! Short walk to the beach and town. We had the best time during our stay and would love to come back.

Fantastic Getaway

Just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast and a few blocks from the quaint seaside town center with shops, food trucks, live music and restaurants, this vacation spot has it all. We watched the fireworks from the beach, spent our days in the sun and cool ocean, and evening strolling through the shops. You could not ask for a better place to spend time relaxing with family.
