Set in one of 30A’s most iconic neighborhoods, this prime location is just two streets over from the bustling town square. You’re also close to the beach and the pool, so a quick hop on a bike? You’re ready for some Class A exploring!

The small journey to the shore is part of the routine.

No packing the car, just walk out your front door and head to the sugar-white sand. A wooden path winds through the dunes before opening to wide white beaches and clear water that looks even better in person.

Inside, the home feels relaxed, warm, and thoughtfully finished. Vaulted ceilings and natural light brighten the living area, while warm wood floors and comfy seating create an easy gathering space, perfect for a regroup after a full day outside.

The Emerald Coast Theatre Company and SEASIDE present The Great Seaside Treasure Hunt, an interactive summer production held at the Seaside Amphitheater every Monday at 6 p.m. through August 3. This family-friendly show, written by Anna and Nathanael Fisher, invites audiences to explore the history and stories of the beach town by following clues and meeting colorful characters. A special performance is also scheduled for the Fourth of July from 9 to 11 a.m., and all shows are free to the public. Directed by Trenton Bainbridge, the production features a cast including Maxwell Jenns-Binetti, Teresa Lombardi, Karly Johnson, and Lucca Bucalo playing various animal characters. The play aims to educate and entertain by highlighting the principles of New Urbanism and the unique community of Seaside. This collaboration between the theatre company and the Seaside Community Development Corporation offers both locals and visitors an engaging way to experience live theater and learn about the area's landmarks and legends.

Amazing seaside home!

Stayed here with 3 couples and a 2 year old! We had an amazing time. Beautiful, comfortable home in a perfect location! Short walk to the beach and town. We had the best time during our stay and would love to come back.

Fantastic Getaway

Just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast and a few blocks from the quaint seaside town center with shops, food trucks, live music and restaurants, this vacation spot has it all. We watched the fireworks from the beach, spent our days in the sun and cool ocean, and evening strolling through the shops. You could not ask for a better place to spend time relaxing with family.
