We rented this house for our kids spring break. The location of the house was perfect. It was walking distance to everything. The house had a great set up. The carriage house was really cute. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice. The outdoor area was really nice and we also enjoyed hanging out on the front porch doing some people watching.

Beautiful home in great location. I believe there are a few small things in the home that need to be fixed and a home that sleeps 10 should provide more than 3 bikes but overall a great stay.

The extras (private pool, courtyard, sand toys and wagons) were really nice to have, and the service from the property management company was top notch. We were in Rosemary Beach for a family wedding. This home checked off our boxes as we are a family with 3 adult couples. It had privacy for us and king beds with 3 full baths which was important to us. Loved the layout and walking distance to the Pearl and restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

Rosemary beach and the community is darling. The house is clean, open, well decorated. We enjoyed the warmed pool. The local beach is amazing. Blue like the Caribbean. White powdery beaches. Great for family and/or friends.

The property works beautifully when traveling with another couple, as there is a separate carriage house that basically is a King master suite with all the bells and whistles!

Great Location! The house is spacious, clean and well organized. All the appliances work. The kitchen has everything you will need. Wish the bedroom doors had locks for privacy but a plus if you have little kids. Our TV remotes ran our low on batteries during our stay and we had replacements delivered right away

The home is so beautiful and worked wonderfully with our large group. The carriage house was nice and gave our college aged kids some space to hang out and us a quiet house! You can easily ride a bike to the beach and get to shops and restaurants in quickly. The pool is small, but it was such a nice bonus. We loved the outdoor space in the evening and after the beach. It’s very private. We use the Fitness Center, so the location was great. The management company was attentive and professional. Crystal and staff were there to answer quickly and help us with whatever we needed.

Beautiful home with all the amenities one could hope for. The pool was private and the perfect place to relax in the afternoon. The boardwalk was close and provided easy access to the beach. Short walk into town to shop at local stores and restaurants. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for the family. Loved this place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Searenity II is beautifully decorated and we loved the quiet seclusion in the courtyard/pool area. The open kitchen/dining area allowed our family meal that much more of a bonding experience.

We took our first trip to Rosemary for Spring Break and stayed in this home. This was my favorite vacation home to date – we all loved it. The home felt sparkling clean and new, the furnishing were tasteful, and the beds were so comfortable. There was more than enough room for our family of 5.The location of the home was fantastic. It was a peaceful 4 minute walk to the closest beach entrance, next to the tennis center, and 5 minutes from the center of town. Our kids loved having a small heated pool to play in while we made dinner or after a long day on the beach. I would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rosemary!
