Clareon By The Coast

Great stay for our family between the walk to the beach and the pool. It was our first stay at this particular beach in the PCB area so the fact that all beaches in the area are only accessible by big staircases was a bit of a surprise. However, the beach was gorgeous and a short walk away. The management company was very attentive and responsible throughout our stay.

The location was ideal!
Just a short walk to the beach.
The home was clean, no sand inside, which is a huge plus for me!
The pool was clean too just a bit of debris from the over hanging tree but I don‚’t mind since it provides much needed shade.

Cons: Lots of decor and knickknacks (baby and toddler moms understand)
No extra blankets – they say due to Covid (the comforter in the master was super thin)
The toilet upstairs had low water pressure.

Yes I would recommend & will definitely have in mind to book next summer!

Loved staying here! The house was so cozy when we first walked in. We were also greeted with complimentary beach towels and thermal cups!! The location to the beach was perfect along with the bikes and the pool/beach gear that was provided. The Host was extremely responsive and was always very polite. The pool was so nice, a little dirty from the tree right above it, however someone came to clean it halfway through our stay. We were a little further from lots of restaurants (20-30min) we typically like to go to in Panama City but the drive wasn’t bad at all. The stairs down to the beach were pretty brutal, I think I counted over 60 steps down, so my grandma that came with us struggled a little bit, also not the best with a toddler. Overall the house is a little on the smaller side, we had 5 adults and 2 kids with us but it was a good size for all of us. The house is extremely peaceful and relaxing on the front porches and in the back by the pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was fantastic except the keyless entry was broken and we were locked out of the house for three hours.

Our first Air BnB rental that exceeded our expectations. Oversee were great hosts that were very helpful and prompt in responses. House was beautiful and pool was perfect and clean. Beach was a 4 min walk from front door. We will definitely be renting this location again!

The Oversee folks were great to work with. They were always responsive to questions and very helpful. The house was awesome for 6 adults. Very nicely decorated with all the amenities you need. It is just a short walk to the beach and the pool was great.

We enjoyed the house and pool as well as the easy location to the beach. We met several neighbors (both owners and fellow renters) and everyone we met was great. The house to the right were owners and their entire family was extremely nice (parents, adult kids, and grandkids). The house to the left is a rental and we had amazing fellow renters next door that we chatted with daily. No issues with the pool & they have floats available. Our 4 lb poodle wasn‚’t an issue either. There was a snake living under the front steps, we killed it (I‚’m terrified of snakes!). The front door will not unlock until EXACTLY check in time so don‚’t arrive 30 min early like us. We had no communication with the management company so I can‚’t comment on that. I will list my suggestions for improvements on the property which honestly are just suggestions to make future renters stay easier.1. A Swiffer or Mop – we stayed for almost 2 weeks and had no way to clean.

The house was comfortable for 5 adults. The short walk to the private beach was very convenient. The backyard and inground pool was a big hit too.

Perfect week spent at Clareon by the Coast. We‚’ve stayed on 30A 6 times and was best so far – hope to stay again soon.

House is very comfortable and well situated – very close & easy walkover to private beach access (don‚’t need a golf cart unless you want for joyrides down 30A). Perfect home for adults & mature families; stairs could be tricky with very small children. Air conditioning is the most efficient ever experienced at the beach – didn‚’t have to worry about being warm!

Pool is nice to have if you want lots of shade in the afternoon, will need to skim regularly from tree droppings.
Oversee added very nice extra touches – amenity kits for the bathrooms and kitchen, beach towels & yetis which all came in handy during the week.

Proximity is perfect: 5min drive to Publix, 8-10min to Alys & Rosemary, 15min to Seagrove.

Clareon drive & neighboring Magnolia Cottages are great for morning and evenings walking our dog safely away from traffic of 30A.

Had a great week getaway with family! House is in great location and enjoyed heated pool. Any minor issues we had were quickly addressed. We will be back!

I bet you’ll enjoy this house as much as we did. Having a private pool and the beach so close made it easy for everyone to do what they wanted to do each day. The layout made it easy for anyone to find a nice quiet place to relax and read or just take a nap.

Enjoyed the house and location and would stay there again, but not with Oversee. Spoke to someone at check in and was told they could send someone Sunday evening to heat the pool so it would be ready for the kids to swim on Monday. When no one came Sunday night, I reached out and got one response – “you requested Monday, Tuesday”. Would not answer any texts after. They followed up the next morning and said they would send the invoice and once it was paid, they would try to schedule someone to turn it on. No apology, no accountability, just the same line “you requested Monday, Tuesday”. Needless to say the pool did not heat Monday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Clareon By The Coast. It’s really close to the beach and the kids especially enjoyed the porch swing and pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarion by the sea! The pictures don’t really do the house justice, as it is even better in person. The decorating is wonderful, and the kitchen was well stopped. Also, the house was extremely clean when we got there! We will definitely look at booking it for our next trip down!

Clareon by the Coast has a near perfect combination of proximity to the beach (5 min walk, easy with small children), having its own pool, and good space for a family of 5. The unit has a great living room off the kitchen which is a nice hang out spot and it has plenty of porch space. Love that it is along an area of the beach that’s never crowded.

This house was exactly how described! The pool was refreshing as well! Will stay again.

The property was excellent for our family of 7. Very nice private beach with no overcrowding. The bikes are great for the area as well. We will be returning in the future.

Had a great time! Location was great and everything we needed was on the property. They had chairs, beach toys, pool floats, and bikes. Easy access to the beach, only downfall was having to carry everything up and down the beach access stairs. Other than that we would totally rent this location again. It was nice having everything at our finger tips especially the pool!

We loved the layout and comfort of the home. The pool was great! The porches allowed for nice places to relax. The home had starter supplies of many necessities- thank you! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. 5 min walk to beach access and we enjoyed riding the bikes too. New Publix grocery store is a 5-10 min drive and very convenient. Great vacation! We loved staying at Clareon on the Coast. It was a great location – close to beach and restaurants. It was clean and perfect size for us. We hope to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Clareon by the coast! The property was very clean and the location was wonderful. The communication with management was great. The only item was that the pool heater was not fixed while we were on our stay. This was very small and not a big deal. We would certainly recommend this location and would love to come back.

Great location, loved the house and the pool. Rode bikes to the beach, not far at all. The only problem we had was the tvs and internet not working properly, however it would not stop us from staying again.

This was the best rental experience. The home was a very beautiful and comfortable. The location is convenient to everything. We loved the short walk to the beach. Best part of the vacation was the rental staff. Extremely helpful and quick response to all of our questions. This is our new yearly vacation home and company.

We’ve been staying in the panhandle area my entire life, and often in the 30A area. This lovely home is perfect! The house was impeccably clean with comfortable beds and an overall great layout. We spent several evenings playing games in the living room or kitchen table, and we loved the open feel of that area (we had some friends who live in the area visit a few times while we were there, and it was a lovely place to host them). The kitchen is well-appointed, stocked with everything we needed and the decor throughout the home is quite tasteful. From the minute we walked in we felt relaxed and at home.The outdoor space was also lovely: very inviting with lots of seating and several relaxing areas to choose from. The bikes were an added bonus for cruising 30A! Beach access was super close!! And you simply cannot beat the location as it’s centered perfectly in the 30A area, near Seacrest, Rosemary, and all the awesome restaurants, yet the home itself is on a non-busy street and retains that wonderful, quiet, retreat feeling. Bonus points for the amazing (covered!) wrap-around porch and there’s even a screened-in porch – lovely for evening wine and conversation. 😉 You cannot go wrong with this rental. We will definitely be back, and have already booked for later this spring!!

This property was more than expected. We had plenty of room for our family of six. We also loved the lay-out.

What a great house! Upstairs is a perfect teen retreat with two bedrooms and shared bath. Master is convenient on main floor. We loved swimming in the pool every day. The backyard is just amazing. Don’t worry about bringing a boogie board or sand toys. The shed is stocked! Boogie boards, floats, buckets and shovels, and beach chairs. The living room furniture and kitchen cookware is a bit dated and worn but you’ll make due. Walk to the beach is an easy one – only a few minutes to walk across the street and through the access gate.

We had a great time. The house was great and as advertised. We did have some issues with the WiFi service, but the rental company responded appropriately and quickly.

This place was a gem! I can’t believe we were lucky enough to get a week open! Very comfortable and well appointed. The home stayed cool and comfortable and the pool and front porch are amazing. Tons of pool and beach toys and inflatables already blown up, beach chairs and more. Everything we needed was there. The location was great with very short walk to beach access. Lots of restaurants close and a small grocery store Seacrest Sundries in Rosemary Beach for anything you forgot. We recommend Big Bad Breakfast (join waitlist online) Shades!!! Amazing food, and a little drive down 30a you will find FOOW beachside restaurant with amazing seafood and more!

This was our third stay at Clareon By The Coast. We have enjoyed every visit! We love the large front porch for relaxing, and the private pool is perfect! You cannot beat the location of this rental: a short walk to the beach, a quick bike ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, and a short drive to The Hub. After staying at Clareon By The Coast, we never want to leave because it feels like a second home. We will definitely be back for more memorable visits!

Would definitely recommend. We stayed here for two weeks for a spur of the moment work-from-vacation getaway and it was great. Well appointed cute place. The beach (private entry) is a super close walk even for young kids and close enough to come back and forth during an afternoon. Pool was gray, and we had the heater on as well. Even the bikes were in really great shape and well cared for. We had a few minor issues that they quickly attended to, and they were very responsive.

We wanted a get away for Thanksgiving and the house did not disappoint, fitting 4 adults and three children comfortably. Thanks to the front porch and screened in porch in the back everyone had their own space. Definitely opt for the heated pool as the kids spent most of their time in there.

Great location. Easy to get to the beach. Close to everything and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend a golf cart if you have kids and their friends are staying in other places. Only negatives were: the rental needs some new pots and pans and the bikes need some love. The management company was on top of any requests in a timely fashion. Overall a great conveniently located rental!

We loved our stay at this house. It’s very close to the beach, no need to do a golf cart unless you want it. The beach access is great, too. All the house amenities were wonderful and my kids especially loved having the pool. My only recommendation is to add some boogie boards and beach toys for kids. I highly recommend – we will be back!

This was a great beach house in the Seacrest area. Only about a two minute walk to the beach. The private pool was really nice with lots of afternoon shade. The property managers were great, we had a problem with the AC the second day and they sent someone out immediately and got it taken care of. The house was very nice with huge wrap around porch. Will definitely consider staying there again.

My family of five spent a week at Clareon By the Coast in late August. From check-in to check-out, the experience was fantastic. Very clean property, fully stocked, beautiful pool area, proximity to the beach (5 mins walk) as well as dining/nightlife on 30A. Would highly recommend. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Clareon By The Coast. The house had everything we could possibly need to make our stay fun and relaxing. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

I hosted a number of girlfriends at this house for a weekend trip. The location was ideal and an easy 5 minute walk to the public beach access. I have already sent this home to a number of friends, and hope to go back very soon. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you’d need, we ended up eating in 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Clareon by the coast. It had everything we needed and was a really fun house to stay in. I only have a few complaints. When we arrived the bedding in one of the rooms was very dirty. We had to wash it before we felt comfortable sleeping in the beds. Another thing was that they only supplied 3 rolls of toilet paper for 9 people for an entire week. We thought this was kind of silly after all we had paid to stay there, they could have supplied enough when they knew we were there for a week with 9 people. And last thing… we arrived and the pool was really gross. The water was brown. We told them immediately and it took 3 days for someone to come clean it. Even after they came, the water was so murky and dark. We were super dissapointed because the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this home. We weren’t able to use it until our very last day there. The manager was apologetic and good to work with(even offered a small return), but it was super dissapointing for our 5 kids.

The rental was wonderful. It was everything we were hoping for. We didn’t have a single problem while we were there!

Amazing vacation for our family. We have 2 small kids and 4 adults and the space was perfect. They even had door chimes/alarms on the doors near the pool, which gave me piece of mind. They can be turned on and off if you’d like them off. The house was very nice and up to date. We enjoyed grilling by the pool I’m the evenings. The beach is very close to the house. We rented a golf cart and drove to the Hub and Seacrest community. There only complaint I have is that there are no baking sheets, which is very minor, but you may want to bring one with you if you go. We would choose this house again!

The process to reserve and gain access to the property was very easy and a great experience working with the rental company. The property was exactly as described and pictured. The pool was clean and perfectly fit our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels. The bedrooms were nice and the couch pulls out so there is an extra spot for guests. Overall it was very comfortable and functional. We loved the wrap around front porch and used every area of the house. The beach is only a block away. The property is located in between Seaside and Seacrest and you are close to lots of shopping and food (easier to drive than bike or walk). Very quiet,safe, nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an exceptional experience at Clareon by the Coast. The house had everything we could possibly need including good books! I was able to read 2 of them during my week there. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was beautiful. It was in a good location for the beach and my family and I had a wonderful stay!

You will not go wrong renting this house in Seacrest. Convienent locstion, proximity to the beach is excellent…. even closer then we thought. Pool is a huge plus. Beds are comfortable and the house is decorated well. The front and side porch with swing ans rockers…. outstanding. Minor suggestion- house could use cookie/ baking sheets and a few more pots/ pans. other than that… gem. Would return and recommend to others.

Claeron Drive was situated inthe perfect location. We enjoyed the quite location. It was the perfect family location. Short drive/or bike ride to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The walk across 30A to the gated beach access was a short 2 minute walk where the umbrellas and chairs were waiting for us each day as we walked onto the beach. I would suggest bringing your own laundry supplies. We washed our beach towels daily. Overall the house was exactly as described, the location couldn have been better, and all the amenities such as the bikes and umbrellas were an added bonus. It was a truly relaxing vacation and enjoyed every moment.

This is our second year to stay in this home! It is the perfect beach getaway! Everything you need at your fingers tips! We love being able to ride bikes everyday. Having beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us everyday is quite a treat! If you pick this home you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay in Clareon by the Coast. The house was perfect for our needs. The only problem we had was that the pool had not been cleaned. Otherwise the house was clean and well-maintained.

This house is perfect for any beach stay. The house is super cute and the pool is such a great added benefit. Only steps from the beach. We loved our stay and will be using the house again.

Great place to stay! We didn’t find the walk to the beach bad at all– we have stayed at Rosemary several times and it was less of a walk then when we have stayed there. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was a little chilly but it was October. We would stay here again for sure. The only trouble we had is our chairs were not set up our first full day so we had to track that down and had them set up about an hour later. Once they were set up it was in front of the next walkover down which again was not a problem for us. Super close to rosemary and seacrest we didn’t go toward the seaside direction as much.

Overall this was the perfect place for us. We were a medium/large sized family which included me and my wife, 3 kids and my mother in law. So I would say its perfect for a large family or two smaller families. The house was in great condition upon arrival. The house was clean (including the pool) and organized. The walk to the beach is as advertised (200 steps to the beach) unlike a previous poster claims. But where your chairs and umbrella are set up will be another 50 steps, to the east but shouldn’t be a problem unless you are mad about walking on a beach !?!. We used rent gear here and their prices are comparable to everyone else in the area. We wanted additional gear,so they delivered our extra gear (2 chairs, umbrella) to the house and I carried it, since its so close to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for a stroll with little kids. Spent most of our time in the pool or on the porch if it rained at all. Plenty of room inside or out to stretch out. This was a great place and Oversee was great to work with. We plan on making this a yearly place for us.

We loved our stayed at Clareon by the Coast. It was a very short walk (we found it seemed closer than the picture) to the beach and we loved having the chairs & umbrella set up and waiting for us everyday. The house was on a quiet street & very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). There is enough space to spread out when we each need some time alone. It was nice to have the pool to come back to after the beach…although the water got a bit warm as the week wore on due to the high temps outside. We were here during the week of July 4 and saw fireworks from both directions on the beach. It far enough away from the heavy trafficked areas to miss the noise but close enough to enjoy the areas when needed. The available bikes were nice too. We would stay here again if we come back to this area.

Very pleasant stay at Seacrest. House was just what we needed and well furnished and supplied. They pool was great! Beach short walk across the street. Everything was great with this rental property!

Our family of four had a delightful stay. Steps to the beach, lovely private pool, and a spot tucked away but still centrally located. Home was peaceful though very decorated. Kitchen was well appointed but you might want your own coffee maker and blender. We cook on vacation so those little things matter. We hope to return.

This was our first time to stay in this beach paradise and definitely not our last. Everything is so convenient to this location! The beach is seconds away, we rode bikes to shops and restaurants everyday. The decore in this home is amazing! Beautiful furnishings everywhere from the floors to the art on the walls. The front porch was a favorite spot for enjoying coffee in the mornings. After a long day at the beach we loved being able to come home and enjoy the pool before heading to dinner. It really was perfect and we will be back next year! Thank you for the amazing vacation!!!

Reasons to stay at Clareon By the Coast:- Great size for one family. (We have 3 kids and the family room area is a little cozy inside, but we still had plenty of room to spread out because of the great front porch, screened in back porch and pool deck area.)- Clean, updated and nicely decorated inside. – This place is perfect if you want to spend time in Rosemary, Seacrest Village, Seaside, etc but you also want to be able to get out of the crowds. Clareon is a quiet street and the houses are not crammed together.- The 3 bikes at the property were really great. 10 – 15 min peddle to Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest areas. Nice touch to have those included.- The beach access was perfect for us. Easy walk. Very accessible. Significantly less crowded than beaches at Rosemary, Seacrest, Seaside, etc. Having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up and waiting for us every day was a really nice plus too.I’d suggest this house if you want to be able to easily and quickly get to shopping, eating, etc in the village areas of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest with a short bike ride or even shorter drive, but also enjoy getting out of the crowds. If you always want to be in the thick of it and/or want to be able to easily walk to those three areas out your front door, this would not be your perfect spot.
