Perfect location to ride bikes, go to the beach and walk on the trails. Super clean, very beautiful home. Everyone was very happy with the location.
Would recommend for families. Definitely the best spot on 30A for friendly people, low crowds and lots to do.

We just returned from an incredible week at this rental house, and I can’t recommend it highly enough—it’s a total winner for anyone seeking a relaxing coastal getaway!
Prime Location (10/10): You really couldn’t ask for a better spot! It’s a short, easy walk straight to the beach, which made our daily dips in the ocean effortless and fun. The house is super close to local shops and restaurants, and it’s just minutes from WaterColor, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary. Whether you’re craving fresh seafood, boutique shopping, or more beach vibes, everything is conveniently nearby without feeling crowded.
Stunning Design & Layout: From the moment we pulled up, we fell in love with the look and design of the house—modern yet cozy, with pleasing and relaxing colors inside that created such a serene vibe. The layout is spot-on: spacious, flowing rooms that make it perfect for families or groups. The kitchen is a standout—fully equipped, stylish, and a joy to cook in (or just grab coffee in the mornings).
Outdoor Oasis: The backyard is pure privacy heaven! It features a beautiful pool, an outdoor TV for movie nights under the stars, and a great grill for BBQs. We spent so many evenings out there, unwinding after beach days—it felt like our own private resort.
Extras That Made It Special: Coming with a golf cart was a game-changer for zipping around the area, and the house was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. No details were overlooked!

We had a great stay at this house!! Oversee was very responsive with any questions we had. The Wi-Fi stopped working and Oversee immediately sent someone out and had it fixed. The house was great each room having a private bathroom was great. The pool was perfect. The location was very central to the 30a neighborhoods. I would definitely stay at this location or with Oversee again.

Our family really enjoyed this place. We have an a range of kids between seven and 14 years old and it was so perfect for everyone. We all had so much fun. It was close proximity and a short golf cart drive away from so many things. We really enjoyed the layout of the house. It was very roomy and spacious and perfectly decorated. It had everything we needed to fill right at home. We felt like it was lacking nothing. It was in a very quiet area so it was very nice. Sleeping there at night. The deck was very nice for barbecuing at night and having the kids just swim in the pool, which was right off the deck.. There‚’s so many great shops and restaurants within close proximity to the home. There‚’s a couple of close private beaches close to the home or you could take a close drive down the road and you have seaside and other beaches within less than 10 minutes. Really fun location. Perfect place for family and friends!

Our stay was amazing! Close to beach access and Eastern Lake. Central location with a golf cart on 30A so makes grabbing breakfast, lunch or dinner extremely easy. Across the street from Old Florida Fish House! Pool and hot tub are a major plus. Home is very comfortable, spacious, luxurious and beautifully decorated! We will be back!

The house is beautiful and well decorated. The hot tub does not heat up and the golf cart brakes did not work. They did replace the cart but it took 3 days. The overall experience was good and we enjoyed the house.

Perfect Family Getaway in Seagrove!

We had the pleasure of staying at Keepin’ it Reel in May for a family wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our crew—including two toddlers! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

Each large bedroom had its own luxurious ensuite bathroom, which made getting ready a breeze. One of our favorite features was the bonus room off the primary bedroom—it was ideal for setting up a crib so we didn’t have to tiptoe around after the kids went to bed. Such a thoughtful layout for families!

Our toddlers loved splashing in the pool and riding to the beach in the golf cart—it made every outing feel like an adventure. We also enjoyed biking around and soaking in everything 30-A has to offer. Keepin’ it Reel was the perfect home base for a memorable and relaxing trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a great family vacation at keeping it reel! The house is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after hours spent on the beach. Right around the corner you have restaurants, seafood market, wine store, and the beach. The golf cart and bikes made trips to all of these places fun and easy. Awesome place!

This brand new home and the pool was amazing! The included golf cart was nice for trips to Seaside and the surrounding areas. Waldon Dunes public beach access was just down the road, a little over a half mile.

We loved our stay here and would definitely return!

We loved this house. It is at the end of a quiet street. There are walking trails near by which our dog loved. The house was very clean and the management company was very prompt in answering my questions. We would definitely stay here again.
