About Rosemary Beach
Oozing with charm. What exactly does that look like, you may ask? Easy. Welcome to Rosemary Beach, where one quick stroll down its whimsical streets and you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a living postcard. It’s no wonder this place has earned a rep as the unofficial birthplace of the selfie, where every corner is picture-perfect.
Winding footpaths, hidden boardwalks, and secret walkways weave the neighborhoods together, guiding you to the beach, Town Center, pools, and more. It’s no coincidence either, this whole spot was designed to be a walkable paradise, with cars tucked neatly out of sight, keeping everything within flip-flop reach.
EAST SIDE!
The eastern end of 30A? Love! This is that uber-special chunk of 30A you may have heard about. Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Inlet Beach all reside here too, giving Rosemary a run for her money. And the beach, you may ask? It’s just right over there. This is 30A, after all.
NEW URBANISM STRIKES AGAIN.
Born in the mid-1990s, Rosemary Beach is a stunning example of New Urbanism, embracing the idea that community matters. Inspired by West Indies and New Orleans architecture, these stunning buildings do more than just fit in. They create a vibrant, Instagram-ready backdrop. So grab your camera and strike a pose. This is all you!
ROSEMARY, OH SO CHARMING.
Can vibes be charming? Well, have you seen this place, or rather, felt it? Its West Indies and New Orleans-inspired design adds timeless charm to this modern coastal masterpiece. This is creativity defined, where gorgeous, upscale stylings rests hand-in-hand with the tranquil setting and chic atmosphere. Care to soak it all in? Soak away!
EYE-CANDY GALORE.
When it comes to eye candy on 30A, Rosemary Beach faces some serious competition. Hello, Alys Beach! But with its picturesque parks, charming cobblestone streets, and breathtaking beachfront, Rosemary definitely holds its own. And just when you think you’ve soaked in all the beauty, hop on a bike to explore the stunning landscapes at your own pace. For more eye-popping views, just follow your handlebars.
