Welcome to Pappy Hour, a beautiful 3BR/3BA vacation condo in picturesque Blue Mountain Beach.

Free beach service? Yes! From March – October, you’ll get two chairs, one beach umbrella, and one side table set up, each morning! Complimentary bicycles are also available upon request.

The gated community is one block south of 30A between two non-renting communities, offering the perfect blend of quiet beauty and access to all the conveniences, including a beachfront pool! The hot tub, gas grilling area, and basketball goal, along with beach access, are also just steps away.

Also included is a covered garage parking spot, an additional parking lot, and an elevator, inside.

Prefer a work-out over a walk on the beach? The onsite gym is at your disposal.

Inside, the spacious, newly renovated unit has a comfortable and stylish interior. The open living space and 400 square foot balcony showcases the incredible Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful! Staying in for the night? After enjoying the sunset from your balcony, watch a movie on the new 80" Smart TV. Plus, many of the nearby eateries offer take-out. Or simply use the full kitchen.

The primary suite, king, features a bathroom with an oversized jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, 60" Smart TV, and private balcony with lounge chairs. Additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the unit include a king bed ensuite with main balcony access in one, and full-over-full bunk beds, with trundle, in the other, each with TVs.

The beautiful beaches of 30A are featured every year on the list of top beaches in the country! You’ll be within a ten-minute walk to several fantastic restaurants, ice cream, a bakery, a health food store and even live music. You’re going to love it!

We’re excited to have you stay with us! Oversee is small and locally owned. Our teams of hard-working professionals are passionate about providing a clean home and a consistent experience for our guests. We’re open seven days a week with a 24/7 emergency line.
