Cancellations

We give full refunds for cancellations outside of 60 days from check-in (for some homes, 30 days). Please refer to each home regarding its specific policy. Some OTA’s (VRBO, Airbnb, etc.) may require different cancellation policies. Please refer to those if you have booked our properties through their sites.

Payment

50% is due at time of booking, remaining balance is due 60 days from check-in (some homes are 30-days). To know which, please refer to that home’s cancellation policy. We accept all major credit cards.

Check-in, check-out times

Check-in time is 4:00 pm CST and check-out time is 10:00 am CST.

Pets

Several homes are pet-friendly. These homes typically allow up to two dogs.

All homes have a key code lock. The code to access the home will be provided in the guest portal.

I forgot something at the rental

No problem. Contact our Guest Ambassadors at 888.290.3489 or booknow@oversee.us and we’ll do everything we can to find and return it to you.
