Marking 30 years in business, Café Thirty-A, located at 3899 East County Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida, will host its annual Christmas Charity Ball on Saturday, December 6, 2025, benefiting Caring and Sharing of South Walton. This year’s event is presented by Harriet Crommelin Honorary sponsors Coastal Luxury Real Estate, Earl Bacon Agency, and Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A., in honor of the former longtime-owner who passed away in 2023. The restaurant will be closed from 6–10 p.m. for the private soiree, which will be transformed with festive holiday décor courtesy of Palms 30A. Guests will receive complimentary valet upon arrival, provided by All Access Coach and Leasing, and a glass of champagne presented by Clear Title & Escrow LLC. Sponsors will also have access to a VIP party courtesy of Keller Williams. Throughout the evening, Café Thirty-A’s culinary team will serve a variety of hors d’oeuvres, including hand-rolled sushi, and a dinner buffet featuring the restaurant’s signature fare. A decadent dessert spread will be sponsored by Haney Holloway, and signature cocktails will be available from a cash bar sponsored by All Access Coaching and Leasing. Attendees are encouraged to wear evening attire, with black tie optional, for the elegant celebration of the restaurant's 30th anniversary on 30A. The evening will feature one of the area’s largest silent auctions and a generous raffle package, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Caring and Sharing of South Walton’s efforts to provide food and financial assistance to local families and individuals in need. In 2024, the annual Christmas Charity Ball raised a record-breaking $81,000 through ticket sales, donations, raffle tickets, and auction sales. Businesses interested in silent auction donation can contact Jessica Bracken via email. Tickets are $150 in advance or $175 at the door, with 100% of the ticket sales and auction proceeds benefiting Caring and Sharing of South Walton. Can’t say enough about this home and experience! The home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, full of personal touches to make you feel at home, and convenient to town and beaches! Excellent responses from management, extras you won’t get anywhere else, like beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. And it comes with a beautiful golf cart and 4 bikes! Games are available, they make sure you’re comfortable with a beautifully functioning kitchen, extra supplies like laundry pods, and toiletries, a welcome package, and Oversee quick response for any questions!
In a neighborhood, but the beauty of this is- you can get out of the rat race, and still get to fun things easily. Private neighborhood pool and access to a private beach!
We loved this place and will be back! It was perfect for our family to be able to spend quality time together!!! Win win!!
