Between Seaside and Destin, Gulf Place puts you right in the heart of it all. On the west end of 30A, where the pace slows down, this 25-acre spot shines where 393 meets 30A by the water. As you drive south on 393 from US 98, get ready for a stunning first view of the Gulf- you can’t see 30A from the height of the road, and it looks (and feels like) the road leads you straight into the water. It’s a sight you’ll definitely remember!

Officially formed in 1994, the area was designed for a slower pace. In 2012, Gulf Place was added to the list of beach neighborhoods in South Walton. The green spaces and park benches throughout invite you to stop and take in the scenery.
