Welcome to Three Sisters Bungalow, a single-story Old Seagrove home right on 30A, with plenty of charm and a location that makes getting around refreshingly easy. Scenic 395 Beach Access is close, and the three complimentary bikes, plus a golf cart, make it even closer! The porch and outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Oh, and it’s pooch-friendly.
Old Seagrove has some excellent neighbors. Surfing Deer, Seagrove Village Market, Café Thirty-A, and The Perfect Pig are all nearby, so breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the occasional second dinner are easy to arrange.
Back home, a large lot means plenty of parking and room for the whole crew.
Inside, the spacious living area has comfortable seating and a large TV for movie nights, game days, or a little downtime between beach runs.
The gorgeous and fully equipped kitchen is ready for family dinners, quick breakfasts, and the very important job of assembling beach snacks. There’s plenty of space to gather around while someone else does the cooking. Funny how that works.
Down the hall, a large laundry room and shared bathroom sit near two guest rooms. On the opposite side of the home, a primary bedroom gives couples a little extra privacy with a king bed, large ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and French doors opening to the front deck.
The beach is close. Great restaurants are nearby. Bikes and a golf cart are ready to roll. And your dog gets to come along. Three Sisters Bungalow makes a strong case for keeping things easy. And dreamy.
Oversee 30A is locally based and close by when you need us. Our team is available seven days a week, with a 24/7 emergency line for anything that can’t wait. Enjoy!

We absolutely loved our stay! My wife, our newborn, and my wife’s parents all had a fantastic time. The home is beautifully designed, thoughtfully furnished, and truly had everything we needed and more. The golf cart was an absolute blast and made getting around Seaside Square incredibly easy, with convenient parking everywhere we went.
Our two miniature dachshunds especially loved the small fenced yard, along with the dog door and ramp that gave them easy access outside. It was such a thoughtful touch.
This was a true luxury vacation experience from start to finish, and we’ll absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

This was such a beautiful place we had a really amazing time. We were very comfortable and the team was super responsive and helpful. Near so many beautiful sites, beaches were close and pristine. and lots of great places to eat nearby. Grocery store was right up the road, too! I love how we could take the motor cart everywhere it really made things fun! Excellent stay overall!

We stayed here for two full weeks and the house was wonderful! We brought our fur baby (a frenchie) and it was perfect for her! The house was so nice, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and town. We used the golf cart a little bit but we walked and used the bikes more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back again!

We had an amazing stay! The beach house was absolutely perfect. The layout was ideal for our group, with plenty of space and a great flow throughout the home. The included golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy and fun. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short ride to both the beach and the town square, making everything convenient and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

A very comfortable home away from home. Home is cozy and private and well laid out . Only a short walk to the beach . Although we did not use there are 3 bikes and a golf cart available . There is a discrepancy in listing though , dogs are only allowed on the beach if you are a resident and have a permit overall loved the place and the area and will definitely plan a return trip

Absolutely perfect cottage. Super comfortable and stocked with everything we needed—and then some. Fun patio for quiet evening hangouts. Fire pit in back is an excellent touch. Pet friendly areas are well-designed. Golf cart also exceptional. The design of the home is top notch. One of the best rentals we’ve ever experienced. Just as pictures and incredibly clean. Oh, and did I mention that the location can’t be beat? Steps from Seaside and a lovely beach access—yet very tranquil.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly cozy – perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfortable, the porch was a relaxing spot to unwind, and the location couldn’t have been better – so close to downtown. We especially loved using the bikes to explore; it made getting to the center of town quick, easy, and so much fun. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is a rare rental that actually looks better in person than in the pictures. It was clean and impeccably decorated.
The beds were super comfortable with luxurious linens. The living room furniture was also very comfortable.
The house has wonderful high-end appliances and finishes that made our stay perfect. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked.

We loved this home. Pet friendly and had everything in the kitchen that you would need. The golf cart and bikes were great but the location is so close to Seaside, we walked most of the time. The house was beautiful, the location was great and the management company was amazing. The best part of this place is how dog friendly it is. It‚’s so hard to find a beautiful home, in a great location that is dog friendly. The dog doors were so helpful!! We will be staying here anytime we visit 30A!! It‚’s a MUST!!!

This is our favorite property we have stayed at on 30A to date! The house is adorable and the perfect layout for the 6 of us. The backyard is great for hanging out at night and the hanging lights are a great touch. Beautiful covered front porch for coffee. Well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer work excellent. Absolutely loved the lighting in the living room. Location is excellent and having the golf cart and bikes was a huge bonus!! The master bedroom does tend to stay warmer than the rest of the house, so the fan is helpful. Would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again.
