The many amenities include a golf cart and 3 complimentary bikes, making it easy to explore the area. The Scenic 395 Beach Access is only a few hundred steps away! Oh, and it’s pet-friendly.

Hop on your bike for a quick ride through Old Seagrove and check out some of the best local spots.

Surfing Deer, Seagrove Village Market, Café Thirty-A, and The Perfect Pig are all nearby, offering amazing eats right around the corner.

This single-story luxury home sits on a large lot with plenty of parking, making it ideal for larger families. But check out these interiors! The spacious open living area is perfect for relaxing and streaming your favorite shows on the large TV. And that wonderful kitchen! Also gorgeous and inviting, and fully equipped to handle big family meals and special snacks for the beach.

A large laundry room and a shared hall bathroom are down the hall next to the first primary bedroom and guest bedroom. On the other side of the house, the second primary bedroom offers a dreamy couple’s retreat with a king bed, a large ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and French doors leading to the front deck.

This is a rare rental that actually looks better in person than in the pictures. It was clean and impeccably decorated.

The beds were super comfortable with luxurious linens. The living room furniture was also very comfortable.

The house has wonderful high-end appliances and finishes that made our stay perfect. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked.

It‚’s close to the beach and close to our favorite breakfast place – Perfect Pig.

We would love to go back!

We loved this home. Pet friendly and had everything in the kitchen that you would need. The golf cart and bikes were great but the location is so close to Seaside, we walked most of the time. We absolutely loved this home and will come back. Oversee was so great to work with and so friendly. I can‚’t say enough good things about our this house and Oversee.

The house was beautiful, the location was great and the management company was amazing. The best part of this place is how dog friendly it is. It‚’s so hard to find a beautiful home, in a great location that is dog friendly. The dog doors were so helpful!! We will be staying here anytime we visit 30A!! It‚’s a MUST!!!

This is our favorite property we have stayed at on 30A to date! The house is adorable and the perfect layout for the 6 of us. The backyard is great for hanging out at night and the hanging lights are a great touch. Beautiful covered front porch for coffee. Well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer work excellent. Absolutely loved the lighting in the living room. Location is excellent and having the golf cart and bikes was a huge bonus!! The master bedroom does tend to stay warmer than the rest of the house, so the fan is helpful. Would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again.
