Old Florida Fish House is celebrating its new partnership with Nagasaki Japan Tuna Fishery, making it the first restaurant on 30A to import a whole Bluefin tuna from Japan. This special event will showcase a traditional Japanese tuna-cutting demonstration. This marks the second tuna-cutting show at the Fish House. The first, held in 2023 with a whole Spanish tuna, was a success. Now, they are welcoming guests back for another experience that is free to the public. The schedule includes a Tuna Cutting Show from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM with free admission, a Meet & Greet + Cocktail Hour at 5:00 PM, and a VIP Meet & Greet + Tuna Tasting Menu for $75. The Tuna Tasting Experience is from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The VIP experience includes a welcome cocktail and a curated tasting menu created by Chef DJ McCracken and Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada, featuring various dishes prepared from the imported Japanese Bluefin tuna. There will also be a selection of specialty Japanese cocktails and sake tasting prepared by Fish House’s Beverage Director, Slayde Martin.

This is our favorite property we have stayed at on 30A to date! The house is adorable and the perfect layout for the 6 of us. The backyard is great for hanging out at night and the hanging lights are a great touch. Beautiful covered front porch for coffee. Well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer work excellent. Absolutely loved the lighting in the living room. Location is excellent and having the golf cart and bikes was a huge bonus!! The master bedroom does tend to stay warmer than the rest of the house, so the fan is helpful. Would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again.
