The 2 community pools, a private nature boardwalk, as well as Western Lake all provide endless opportunities for swimming, paddling, hiking, and more. The Hammocks is a short walk, .4 miles, to the Scenic 395 Beach Access.

Inside, the home is beautifully decorated and inviting. The large chef’s kitchen has professional-grade appliances and plenty of workspace. The large farmhouse dining table seats 8, and the kitchen island seats 3.

Also on the first floor, the primary suite, king, has a private bath with walk-in shower. A guest room, queen, has a shared bath.

An additional living area is on the second floor, with a wet bar, TV, a sleeper sofa, and seating for the whole family.
