This cozy beach cottage is in the quiet, gated neighborhood of The Hammocks at Seagrove Beach, a small family-focused community with charming, coastal homes accented with upscale touches, in the heart of 30A near Seaside.
The 2 community pools, a private nature boardwalk, as well as Western Lake all provide endless opportunities for swimming, paddling, hiking, and more. The Hammocks is a short walk, .4 miles, to the Scenic 395 Beach Access.
Inside, the home is beautifully decorated and inviting. The large chef’s kitchen has professional-grade appliances and plenty of workspace. The large farmhouse dining table seats 8, and the kitchen island seats 3.
Also on the first floor, the primary suite, king, has a private bath with walk-in shower. A guest room, queen, has a shared bath.
An additional living area is on the second floor, with a wet bar, TV, a sleeper sofa, and seating for the whole family.
It shares a full bath (tub/shower combo) with a third guest room, king.

This was a great house to stay at. It had a great location, was spacious and had a great design. We were grateful for the bikes, plenty of towels, and welcome gifts left for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall very clean and spacious. Driveway was a little tight for three cars. Many dead bugs/roaches in the kitchen and upstairs but we just threw them away. fan in living room wouldn‚’t turn on. Volume on TV wasn‚’t working. TV in upstairs bedroom would turn on on its own. Unable to use washer and dryer due to the dryer making loud noise like it was broken. We didn‚’t want to cause more damage, and didn‚’t get much help/answers when we reached out about it.

We really enjoyed this house which was located in a gated community with access to two pools. Just a short bike ride to the beach and city center made this a good location. The team at Oversee was great. They communicated regularly up to and through our stay and were very responsive every time we reached out. We will definitely stay with them again. Beautiful home! Great location! We had 10 guests stay for the week at this property with plenty of room for all. It’s located within walking distance of the beach (less than 1/2 mile), Seaside Square (~3/4 mile) and the grocery store (1/2 mile) and away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful house! 8 Bramble was a perfect fit for the two families we had staying together. We were able to walk/bike to both the beach and downtown Seaside which is where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, just enough away from the craziness of the main strip.The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again on another visit to this area we love so much!

This house was amazingly spacious, easily accommodating 4 adults and 6 kids. It was very clean and well decorated. The location was super close to downtown seaside without being in the heart of the bustle, which was a relief when accounting for children playing outside. The neighborhood pool was clean, not very occupied but with more than enough seating. The beach, well, the beach was everything you think the gulf should look like. Oversee was very responsive and thorough in their communications. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be back again next year! We can’t wait!

This property provided a memorable stay for Springbreak with my three teens and me. This quaint, gated subdivision is centrally located to everything you need. Seaside is a bike ride away as well as Publix. The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, good size rooms with two entertainment areas. The teens loved owning upstairs. One suggestion, adding window covering on the main level for privacy. Looking forward to staying here again!

Our experience with this home and this rental company was better than I could’ve imagined. The company kept us informed of everything we needed to know ahead of our stay and during our stay, and the house was perfect! Exceptionally clean and well maintained, all of the essentials we needed, and the cutest house! Great distance from the beach and the town, and the bikes were very convenient as well. We would definitely stay at this house and use this company again, they made our stay that much better!

Loved everything about this house! We had a group of 10, and it was so comfortable ans spacious. The home was immaculate, and the decor was beautiful. The Hammocks neighborhood was a quick bike ride to the beach and Seaside. It is a super quiet gated community, and the pool was right nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies which is often lacking in other rental properties. The kids loved having their own “hang out” upstairs, and the full size bunk beds were a bonus! Oversee was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions so quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED 8 Bramble. Every year we come to run the Seaside School Half marathon and this location was perfect for us. The property was clean and the app made an easy check in/out process. The house is beautiful inside and out.

The home is located in a small, gated community just blocks from the beach! Two bedrooms and two baths on the first floor with two bedrooms, one bath and a gameroom on the second floor. We loved having the gameroom as an additional place for our kids to hang out. The home was in fantastic condition, brand new! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking! We loved this Home and the location!
