Best place to stay near the beach. Golf cart and bikes were a blast to ride around the cutest neighborhoods. Plenty of room for our entire family. Outdoor patio with grill was great to cook on and then cool off in the pool!

The house was very nice and clean. Golf cart great. Having a pool is always good. The covered out door area was where we hung out whenever we weren‚’t in the pool. Nice not to always be sitting in direct sun. We all enjoyed it very much.

We had a wonderful stay! We are so happy we had a private pool to enjoy on several double red flag days. The location is the house was near several restaurants and the LSV was perfect for a quick trip to the beach or to get food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can‚’t wait to come back!

Extended family and friends stayed over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The house is well equipped and fully stocked kitchen. The bunk room was awesome with four queen beds. The outdoor area had a large heated pool, sitting area with large flat screen tv, nice grill and large grass area. Easy walk or bike ride to beach.

Premium property in an excellent location. Having a heated pool in cool early November was a big PLUS and a deciding factor for our rental of this home. There is a nominal extra fee to heat the pool..worth it!! Home is pet friendly and had a large fenced yard for our dogs to roam. The main living area and master are on the second level so if your knees are bad and stairs are your nemesis beware. Communication and support by Oversee was superb. I would definitively rent here and with them again……..Did I say the sand was sugar white,the uncrowned beach is 5 min away on the new bicycles provided …and a Publix market 10 min away. Not enough time to list all of the pluses..go see it for yourself.

Home was so welcoming and smelled amazing ! A peaceful energy in the home. Everthything was super clean and the house smelled amazing ! The kitchen had every single appliance cups pots and plans ! Attention to details such as extra towels and their own toiletries made it feel like a villa or hotel. Loved the full size bunk beds and the master suit was the cutest with its own inclosed outside shower. Dow the block from blue mountain ice cream and the beach ! Can’t wait to go back .minutes away from live music food trucks

Exceptional and outstanding home. Everything a family needs .. great large pool for all and golf cart ride to the beach … we grilled majority of the time during our stay .. the outdoor kitchen/living area was superb Home is gorgeous with plenty of room for all … and our furry babies adored it as well. We did have to rent a golf cart and used the company Oversee recommended… great vacation. We will be back again real soon this year.
