With only two units per floor, access is a breeze, adding to the exclusivity of The Villas at Seacrest. Inside, the main living area showcases a gleaming kitchen with high-end appliances, a wine bar, and a gorgeous granite island, great for gathering. The kitchen flows into the open living room, with plush seating for the whole family and a large smart TV for epic movie nights.

The first bedroom is a primary suite, king, featuring a spacious bath with a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanities that bring a touch of spa-like relaxation.

The guest bedroom includes not only a queen bed, but also twin bunks, a twin trundle, with its own hall bath. The third bedroom is another primary suite, king, with a private bath.
