Recently renovated, the spacious townhome is perfect for a 1 or 2 couples’ getaway. The first floor has an exquisite primary bedroom, king, with a gorgeous private bath, a beautiful seating area with TV, and access to the backyard. Down the hall, the guest bedroom, queen, with private bath, is equally impressive.
A wonderful space, the open living, dining and kitchen area is upstairs, with a nearby powder room. Off the living room is a large deck, with table, seating for 4, and a propane grill.

We have been to 30A beaches many times over the years, and Mobile was by far our favorite place to stay. Oversee made the reservation process very easy and kept us updated before, during, and after our stay. This unit was decorated beautifully and had everything we could possibly need. It was close to the beach with an easy, short walk, and we loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella that were set-up for us each morning. Can’t wait to rent this unit again in the future. The short boardwalk was a nice transition from the ocean back to the townhouse. As you walked along through the winding trees, it was shaded and magical.

We spent an incredible week at this beautiful rental. The location is ideal with a short walk to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and the space was well designed, open and just what we needed for our family of four. We are already looking for times we can come back!

I hope we will be coming back to this property again. We LOVE the location. This is the perfect rental for the small family with or without kids. Kitchen and living room is great. The dining chairs need to be cleaned so we notified the property manager and I think they already scheduled the cleaning. we had minor issues with fridge filter and electronic lock but Oversee reacted quickly, so it did not influence our stay. By the way we are renting from Oversee again for the fall

We had the BEST time with our 2 young boys. The house was spectacular and in a perfect location. We went in late May and the beach by us was very quiet and secluded. We loved having chairs set up for us on the beach every morning! We were able to bike to get donuts in Alys Beach and to eat at the Hub – loved the convenience of that. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 4 and we were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked the kitchen was. Such a wonderful, relaxing week.

We have stayed at Mobile twice and this is our third time staying on Pelican Circle. This is the best quiet little neighborhood in 30A while being close enough to bike to other locations like Rosemary, the Hub, and Seacrest. Everything is bright and clean and in great condition. We love being able to fish and kayak on the lake as well as the close, shaded beach access. It was a beautiful getaway and so quiet here despite the crowded beaches and restaurants nearby.

Mobile was a great rental property for our June vacation for our family. It was bright and clean and updated which is always reassuring in a rental but especially during Covid! The beach access was easy, especially when needing to run back and forth from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a mixer! We loved the deck, especially for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning (although there was some construction noise in the mornings- but only noticeable big we were on the deck). The warm outdoor shower and hose made it easy to rinse ourselves and our stuff off before going inside. Oversee was very generous to meet us for an early check-in as well. We love Pelican Cir because of the ability to access the lake, the quietness of the beach, and it’s proximity to the Hub (and Seacrest and Alys if you’re willing to go a little further- we rode our bikes there daily). The only addition I would suggest is a baby gate- we had to go buy one because of the stairs with a little one. Can’t wait to go back soon!

We arrived on March 1st just as the CV run on TP begins. Two facts. This was the nicest home I have rented in Fl and we really grew to appreciate that we were in it when the beaches closed half way through our stay…otherwise we would have pulled the plug and gone home. Beautifully appointed, so clean and updated and managed by a fine group. Our disappointment is not with the home or the location just the timing. Who could have known; we made the best of it by walking in circles on the beach or riding the bikes…had no beach chairs as the service pulled them…would have been so great if the owner had offered to provide a couple of chairs for the duration of our stay (only one small complaint). Otherwise a phenomenal rental.

Oversee has always been exceptional to rent from and this time was no different. We did not expect how close the home was to the beach with private beach access. It was the perfect fit especially as we have three small children. As always Oversee was exceptionally helpful from booking to early check-in and suggestions for eating. Would not book with anyone else. Properties are amazing and the service is exceptional.
