Meet Sapphire Bay: five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, and endless ways to relax right in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It’s modern, stylish, and made for easy coastal living.

Start your mornings with a swim in the heated pool, stretch out on a lounger with your favorite playlist, or fire up the grill for a laid-back dinner under the stars. This backyard was made for long, happy days with the people you love.

Inside feels just as good. Open spaces, bright interiors, and comfy sofas make it easy to settle in. The kitchen is ready for waffle stacks, lunch spreads, or fresh-caught seafood dinners shared around the island.

When it’s time to explore, Sapphire Bay makes it easy to enjoy the best of 30A.

Ride bikes along quiet streets, stroll to local cafés, or spend hours with your toes in the sand listening to the waves. Fill your days with sunshine, good company, and quiet moments that feel like pure vacation.

Our Oversee team keeps everything easy. We’re here every day, with a 24/7 line if anything comes up – so your only job is to relax and enjoy.

We couldn’t have picked a better home for our girls weekend in Santa Rosa Beach. This house is pristine – perfectly decorated and every detail is elevated! We felt like queens all weekend long. Above all of this, the team at Oversee was so communicative and helpful as we settled into the home. This will definitely be a favorite for future trips.
