Attendees can choose to purchase tickets for an exclusive bourbon dinner, a live presentation of The Officer Tatum Show, or both. The first evening, scheduled for September 16 at 6:00 PM, features a bourbon tasting and five-course dinner paired with Verdict Bourbon cocktails. Throughout the meal, guests will learn about the story and inspiration behind the brand, with featured drinks such as The Indictment, Voir Dire, The Objection, Sustained, and Not Guilty, as well as curated wine pairings upon request. We absolutely loved our time in this condo. Beautiful porch views, very easy walk to the beach, easy parking, and the condo was clean and nicely furnished. We absolutely loved the bed and slept great all week! We also really enjoyed the bikes that were provided. We will be returning!

The view out of the back sliding glass door was amazing and the walk to the beach was short. We could see the blue water from our living room. The bed was good and the condo as described. Being on the 2nd floor was good as well. Overall, extremely pleased with the stay.

This place was definitely worth it! It was super clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a beachfront corner unit and had an amazing view of the ocean. The beach was a very short walk down some stairs and it was never crowded. The only thing I could complain about is that there is no shade in the pool area but other than that this place was amazing!

We enjoyed our interactions with Oversee, and enjoyed our stay at their property The Palms C-10. I Would recommend staying through them for your next stay. The unit was as pictured and was perfect for our family. The units proximity to the beach and the pool was great for a family with two young kids.

The Palms at Seagrove is the perfect location for a 30A getaway for couples! We have been coming here now for years and always leave relaxed and happy with our accommodations! Oversee was excellent in answering questions and providing extra touches to make us feel welcome! Sunset from the beach and our balcony were perfection and we were so excited our place came with bikes.

Love this location! We will be coming back to stay here again! We come here every year and this is our new favorite place! The views out of the condo are spectacular! Multiple windows with ocean views. The bed is comfy and the remote ceiling fans are perfect for hot sleepers. Nice wall mounted large TV‚’s for late night movies. The bikes are a fun addition as well.

We were missing the amenities we were told it would come with (dish soap, paper towels, etc.), but oversee rectified the situation right away. The keypad battery was also dying but they also fixed that. Otherwise location was great

Wonderful location and the views can‚’t be beat. Coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean every morning while watching the dolphins made for the most relaxing trip. Kitchen had everything we needed. Freezer makes plenty of ice. Bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and so enjoyable. This was my second time to rent this condo and it never disappoints!

Although the area and beach were perfect, the condo was in need of updated bathrooms and kitchen utensils and glasses. The mgmt company was so hard to reach and the client portal was very hard to navigate.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the property (although it was not brand new as described). Having the extra side windows being a 2nd floor corner unit made for fabulous views and a sunny space. Location to beach was just steps away, and had a lovely bike path in front of property (with 2 cruiser bikes), that ran aong 30A. Easy to bike to Seaside/Waterclor and Watersound. Would highly recommend.

Location was perfect! Easy to walk, bike or golf cart to many restaurants and shopping. The beach views were incredible and the condo is just steps away from the beach. Booking, check-in and check-out process was seamless. We had no issues while staying here and would return to The Palms for future trips! The only recommendation I have is that the condo is in need of a very good deep clean (ceilings, walls, shower, bathrooms). Other than that, I would recommend.

Property was very clean and just the right size for 2 people. The view and property are exactly what the pictures show and the condo sits in a very nice area. Wow – amazing condo, very clean, beautifully decorated, Kitchen fully stocked, very comfortable king bed, an awesome rental agency and steps from the Gulf shore! Balcony was beautiful for breakfast and dinner, sounds of the rolling waves and incredible sunrises and sunsets. We really enjoyed biking all around this area. So much to see. This unit and rental agency were second to none. First time to Florida’s panhandle and we will return – to this unit!!!!! Thank you Oversee and to the property owners for sharing your amazing condo!!!
