Welcome to your dream vacation home offering a separate guest house with a prime location in a quiet neighborhood, golf cart and large private pool.
Make your idea of days on the beach a reality - Just a few minutes away on a quick bike ride or golf cert excursion.
The outside quarter are complete with two large porch spaces, a guest house, al fresca dining, sparkling pool, generous grilling and sitting area and outdoor shower.
Designed with you in mind, you will find our kitchen well stocked and ready to go. Generous counter space, ample lighting and all of the necessary cooking and eating utensils are just a few of the features.
Gather around the dining room table which comfortably seats 6. Additional seats can be found at the bar and outdoor dining table.
Relax on our comfortable sofa and enjoy the big game on our living area 70" smart TV. For a more cozy touch, light the logs in the fireplace and warm up in the winter months.
The main house has a downstairs bedroom with a king bed, a large closet, and a Smart TV. This bedroom has hall bath access in addition to outdoor balcony access.
The upstairs Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with an extra-large double headed walk-in shower and a two sink vanity.
Featured in the primary bedroom are large his and her closets, and a 65" Smart TV.
This bedroom also offers second floor balcony access overlooking the pool.
The 1st built-in bunk room has a twin over a queen bed and the 2nd built-in bunk room has a twin over a full bed with a full trundle. The bunk rooms have a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both bunk rooms have Smart TVs.
The guest house has another master suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, Smart TV, and a kitchenette.
