No packing the car—just walk out your back door to your private beach access where two complimentary beach chair setups await. After a dip in the Gulf, rinse off in the outdoor shower or cool down in your own private pool. Hop on one of four bikes to explore the 30A area!
Inside, the home radiates warmth and energy. The first floor features a welcoming foyer that leads to the pool deck, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious, open-concept living and kitchen area that frames the horizon. Light-filled spaces are accented by cheerful citrus tones and a dedicated bar area, perfect for mixing up sunset cocktails.
The bedrooms are designed for pure rest, each featuring a spacious King bed. The layouts offer excellent privacy, and the bathrooms are crisp and refreshing. Everyone gets a King bed here!

Great house, plenty large for the six of us. Beautiful view. Very, convenient access to the beach. Costs a bit more than previous trips, but if you want great gulf view, very easy access to the beach and beautiful modern home, this is your choice.
