The Team Challenge offers an excellent opportunity to combine high-quality tennis with a memorable beach vacation. This series of team tennis events is designed for women at various NTRP levels. Each Ladies Team Challenge weekend includes at least six teams, with a minimum of six ladies per team, forming three doubles teams. The format typically follows a round-robin style, where teams compete against others throughout the weekend. The challenge consists of two matches on both Friday and Saturday, with the top qualifying matches held on Sunday morning. Sandestin's Ladies Team Challenge Package provides several inclusions: teams from across the Southeast compete, room accommodations, daily continental breakfast, a tournament luncheon on Friday, exciting matches throughout the weekend, discounts at Sandestin's Tennis Shop, team photos and a tournament raffle, and prizes/awards for winners and finalists. Additionally, the winning team receives a complimentary 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo to defend their title the following year. The 2025 Ladies Team Challenge dates are as follows: April 25 – April 27 for Level 4.5, April 25 – April 27 for Level 7.5 Combo Event (4.0 & 3.5), September 12 – September 14 for Level 4.0, October 3 – October 5 for Level 3.0, October 3 – October 5 for Level 8.5 Combo Event (4.5 & 4.0), October 17 – October 19 for Level 7.5 Combo Event (4.0 & 3.5), October 17 – October 19 for Level 8.5 Combo Event (4.5 & 4.0), and November 7 – November 9 for Level 3.5. AJ's in Grayton Beach is the perfect spot to celebrate Sunday Funday. They offer brunch every Sunday from 11 AM to 3 PM, complete with mimosas or a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar. The Sunday schedule at AJ's Grayton Beach includes brunch with bottomless mimosas from 11 AM to 3 PM, live music with the Christon Birge Duo at 12 PM on the Courtyard Stage, the Pickled Pickers at 5 PM on the Main Stage, and an unannounced act at 8 PM on the Courtyard Stage.

We absolutely loved our Oversee Property, “Sun Palace.” My wife and I spent a week here for our honeymoon! Cari with Oversee was very helpful and quick to answer any questions via text or call. My wife and I stayed at Sun Palace for our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful time! The beach is a short walk away, and numerous restaurants sit along 30A within 1-2 miles.
Oversee was incredibly responsive as a host, quick to resolve any issues that arose. The hot tub was in excellent shape as well. We were very happy with the value of this property, and we look forward to staying with Oversee again!

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

The property was very clean and very beautiful! A short walk to the beach access and in the middle of everything on 30A. I would recommend getting a golf cart to make things easier but other than that it was wonderful !

Oversee was very responsive to any concerns we had. Overall a great experience. Short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the privacy of the courtyard area with the hot tub.
The kitchen is very well stocked if you’re into cooking at home while on vacation and the grill works great.
The king bed was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to get a brand new bed frame during our stay!
Two improvements that could be made are adding curtains or some type of window treatment in the bedroom – it’s very bright early in the morning, and the shower could do with an upgrade. A bit outdated and the hot/cold control doesn’t work well.

A much needed 3 night get away for my wife & I over the New Year Holiday weekend. This was a great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, & shops, but yet located off the main road. Very quiet and secluded from the crowds. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet & relaxing stay.

My husband and I came here for a few days after our wedding (big honeymoon to follow next year!) this house was super cute, homey and comfortable for the two of us! We would recommend this cute little house and will definitely be back to stay! It was so relaxing and just what we needed after a super stressful season in life!!! A wonderful way to kick off married life! Very close to public beach access as well. We rented a golf cart and road right to the end of the road. Quick trip from seaside and Publix and all the main attractions. 10/10. Looking in the same area for our family vacation next üòÇ

This is one of the friendliest neighborhoods I’ve ever stayed at in Florida. It’s such a great place to stay super close to the beach just to walk away. I will stay there again! Awesome layout and has everything you would ever need on vacation! Public is right down the street to shop for groceries and tons of places to eat!
