We greatly enjoyed our stay at sun palace! It was walkable to public beach access and about a 8-10 minute bike ride over to seaside square (definitely a plus that bikes are provided)! The house itself was clean and the host communicated well throughout our stay.

My bestfriend and I stayed here for a weekend get away and it truly was a perfect stay! It was just a minutes walk away from the beach and a short bike ride to seaside which truly allowed us to make the best memories. We loved winding down each night in the hot tub also. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and responded right away each time. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to my family and friends.

Sun Palace was a blast! Great location, easy beach access yet quiet and peaceful. Bikes are a big bonus. As others have mentioned, morning sun comes early in the bedroom. Some blackout curtains would be a great addition. Would also suggest adding an enclosure to the outside shower to make it more usable.

It was an absolute treat staying in this little cottage. So clean and convenient to everything. We loved it! ❤️

This place was beautiful and so convenient. The road into the neighborhood was right across from the beach entrance and the bikes given were so convenient to use to get to the beach. Where we were felt so away from everything but yet it was so close. The turn to where the house is makes the house be behind the neighborhood and so it is not busy at all and you don‚’t see a lot of people so very private. The hot tub was amazing and very clean. It was a little dusty underneath the bed and we did find a kids pen inside the couch on accident so the cleaning might just be surface level, but I never felt that it was dirty.

Airbnb
This was an awesome stay, great for a couple.
The room does get bright pretty early, so I would recommend some sort of eye cover, but this is an incredible place and so close to the beach.
Airbnb
The place was great. Last minute booking so had to take what we could get. Wouldn‚’t pay the price we did if we had planned the trip in advance. Overall it was perfect for two people, wouldnt try to squeeze anymore in there or it would be crowded.
Cute place, cute location, loved the bikes provided, made it more fun to get to the beach.
Would note that they must have been working on it before we showed up(last minute) and had some construction materials out of the way in a corner, and shower door which was off and placed near the toilet.
They don‚’t provide beach towels or chairs, so be prepared.
Overall great vacation!

We absolutely loved our Oversee Property, “Sun Palace.” My wife and I spent a week here for our honeymoon! Cari with Oversee was very helpful and quick to answer any questions via text or call. If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay at 30A, I highly recommend an Oversee property. We can’t wait to be back!

My wife and I stayed at Sun Palace for our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful time! The beach is a short walk away, and numerous restaurants sit along 30A within 1-2 miles.
Oversee was incredibly responsive as a host, quick to resolve any issues that arose. The hot tub was in excellent shape as well. We were very happy with the value of this property, and we look forward to staying with Oversee again!
Airbnb
Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay very conveniently located
Vrbo
The property was very clean and very beautiful! A short walk to the beach access and in the middle of everything on 30A. I would recommend getting a golf cart to make things easier but other than that it was wonderful !
Airbnb
Oversee was very responsive to any concerns we had. Overall a great experience. Short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the privacy of the courtyard area with the hot tub.
The kitchen is very well stocked if you’re into cooking at home while on vacation and the grill works great.
The king bed was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to get a brand new bed frame during our stay!
Two improvements that could be made are adding curtains or some type of window treatment in the bedroom – it’s very bright early in the morning, and the shower could do with an upgrade. A bit outdated and the hot/cold control doesn’t work well.
Vrbo
Great place. Perfect for a couple. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings.
Airbnb
A much needed 3 night get away for my wife & I over the New Year Holiday weekend. This was a great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, & shops, but yet located off the main road. Very quiet and secluded from the crowds. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet & relaxing stay.

Such a relaxing stay!
Airbnb
My husband and I came here for a few days after our wedding (big honeymoon to follow next year!) this house was super cute, homey and comfortable for the two of us! We would recommend this cute little house and will definitely be back to stay! It was so relaxing and just what we needed after a super stressful season in life!!! A wonderful way to kick off married life! Very close to public beach access as well. We rented a golf cart and road right to the end of the road. Quick trip from seaside and Publix and all the main attractions. 10/10. Looking in the same area for our family vacation next üòÇ

Oversee
This is one of the friendliest neighborhoods I’ve ever stayed at in Florida. It’s such a great place to stay super close to the beach just to walk away. I will stay there again! Awesome layout and has everything you would ever need on vacation! Public is right down the street to shop for groceries and tons of places to eat!
