My wife and I stayed at Sun Palace for our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful time! The beach is a short walk away, and numerous restaurants sit along 30A within 1-2 miles.

Oversee was incredibly responsive as a host, quick to resolve any issues that arose. The hot tub was in excellent shape as well. We were very happy with the value of this property, and we look forward to staying with Oversee again!

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

The property was very clean and very beautiful! A short walk to the beach access and in the middle of everything on 30A. I would recommend getting a golf cart to make things easier but other than that it was wonderful !

Oversee was very responsive to any concerns we had. Overall a great experience. Short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the privacy of the courtyard area with the hot tub.
The kitchen is very well stocked if you’re into cooking at home while on vacation and the grill works great.
The king bed was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to get a brand new bed frame during our stay!
Two improvements that could be made are adding curtains or some type of window treatment in the bedroom – it’s very bright early in the morning, and the shower could do with an upgrade. A bit outdated and the hot/cold control doesn’t work well.

A much needed 3 night get away for my wife & I over the New Year Holiday weekend. This was a great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, & shops, but yet located off the main road. Very quiet and secluded from the crowds. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet & relaxing stay.

My husband and I came here for a few days after our wedding (big honeymoon to follow next year!) this house was super cute, homey and comfortable for the two of us! We would recommend this cute little house and will definitely be back to stay! It was so relaxing and just what we needed after a super stressful season in life!!! A wonderful way to kick off married life! Very close to public beach access as well. We rented a golf cart and road right to the end of the road. Quick trip from seaside and Publix and all the main attractions. 10/10. Looking in the same area for our family vacation next üòÇ

This is one of the friendliest neighborhoods I’ve ever stayed at in Florida. It’s such a great place to stay super close to the beach just to walk away. I will stay there again! Awesome layout and has everything you would ever need on vacation! Public is right down the street to shop for groceries and tons of places to eat!
