Slim Shady offers a modern and exquisitely decorated retreat in the heart of historic Seagrove Beach. This thoughtfully designed courtyard home spans 2,819 sq. ft., comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests with ample parking available for your entire party.

Adorned with plush furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and a large TV, the living space has a generous seating area. Family will also gather around the expansive quartz island countertop that seamlessly connects the living room to the impressive chef’s kitchen. With top-of-the-line appliances, which includes a 6-burner gas range, double wall ovens, two dishwashers, and an oversized fridge, the kitchen is a culinary delight.

The primary bedroom, king, offers a private bath, and is positioned at the front of the home for added privacy.

Down the hall reveals a walk-in food pantry, spacious laundry room, and a beautiful view of the courtyard.

The home’s unique layout also features a second living room and a fully stocked kitchen on the opposite end, providing convenience and flexibility. A second primary bedroom, king, a 6 bed bunk room with a private bath, along with two more queen guest rooms, sharing an adjoining jack and jill bathroom.

This place was perfect for us. There were 10 of us, two couples, 1 additional adult and 5 kids. This was a perfect set up with two kitchens so we were separate but together with access to a shared pool. So you had the privacy you need but also able to gather together. Our adult daughter is in a wheelchair and this place has ADA specifications so it worked perfectly. We highly recommend.

Slim Shady- I have stayed in the house before, but we just finished a girls trip there and I needed to leave a review! The home is beautifully designed and laid out well to accommodate 14. It’s clear Oversee30a and the owners take cleanliness and guests’ overall experience very seriously. It’s also so close to the beach access and all the Seaside fun! I can’t wait to come back!

Upon arrival at 4pm, the pool company was still cleaning the pool and added chemicals and told us we couldn’t swim for 4 hours, which was disappointing. We were also unable to locate the golf cart keys. The hosts were amazing and made everything right-ASAP. We received a partial credit to offset the inconvenience and they had new golft card keys delivered to us by morning. Overall, great stay for our girls weekend and we had the best time!!

Slim Shady is a haven for those seeking a peaceful retreat with friends or family. With two “houses within a house”, each visitor finds a space to relax, along with common areas for making memories together. Oversee as a rental management company was fantastic…very responsive to questions and quick follow through for concerns. I highly recommend both Slim Shady and Oversee for a vacation that’s as comfortable as it is unforgettable.
