Slim Shady offers a modern and exquisitely decorated retreat in the heart of historic Seagrove Beach. This thoughtfully designed courtyard home spans 2,819 sq. ft., comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests with ample parking available for your entire party.

Adorned with plush furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and a large TV, the living space has a generous seating area. Family will also gather around the expansive quartz island countertop that seamlessly connects the living room to the impressive chef’s kitchen. With top-of-the-line appliances, which includes a 6-burner gas range, double wall ovens, two dishwashers, and an oversized fridge, the kitchen is a culinary delight.

The primary bedroom, king, offers a private bath, and is positioned at the front of the home for added privacy.

Down the hall reveals a walk-in food pantry, spacious laundry room, and a beautiful view of the courtyard.

The home’s unique layout also features a second living room and a fully stocked kitchen on the opposite end, providing convenience and flexibility. A second primary bedroom, king, a 6 bed bunk room with a private bath, along with two more queen guest rooms, sharing an adjoining jack and jill bathroom.

Slim Shady is a haven for those seeking a peaceful retreat with friends or family. With two “houses within a house”, each visitor finds a space to relax, along with common areas for making memories together. Oversee as a rental management company was fantastic…very responsive to questions and quick follow through for concerns. I highly recommend both Slim Shady and Oversee for a vacation that’s as comfortable as it is unforgettable.
