Family will also gather around the expansive quartz island countertop that seamlessly connects the living room to the impressive chef’s kitchen. With top-of-the-line appliances, which includes a 6-burner gas range, double wall ovens, two dishwashers, and an oversized fridge, the kitchen is a culinary delight.

The primary bedroom, king, offers a private bath, and is positioned at the front of the home for added privacy.

Down the hall reveals a walk-in food pantry, spacious laundry room, and a beautiful view of the courtyard.

The Emerald Coast Theatre Company carolers will provide timeless holiday tunes as visitors discover Clay's collection of wintering plants, statement planters, outdoor décor, and giftable items. Event Information: The event is scheduled for November 9th or December 7th, with the show starting at 6:30 PM. It will be held live on the main stage at Old Florida Fish House. For dinner with preferred seating ticket holders, guests should arrive at 5:00 PM for dinner. The show runs from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and these ticket holders will have seating closer to the stage. For show-only tickets, guests should arrive between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If guests wish to eat from the normal dinner menu, it is suggested to make a reservation between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to allow enough time to finish dinner before the show. The menu includes a choice of soup or salad: Gulf Coast She Crab Soup with Blue Crab Flitters, or Legacy Hydroponic Red Romaine Caesar Salad with Crispy Pecorino Romano Croutons. Entrée options are Risotto Gamberetto (Prawns) with Roasted Acorn Squash, Fava Beans, Arugula, and Charred Citrus Beurre Blanc; Texas Raised Akaishi Herb and Garlic Roasted Tri-tip with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Toasted Pink Peppercorn Cognac Cream; or Joyce Farm Chicken Florentine with Creamy Pernod Spinach, Saffron Capellini Pasta, and Balsamic Glazed Asparagus. Slim Shady is a haven for those seeking a peaceful retreat with friends or family. With two “houses within a house”, each visitor finds a space to relax, along with common areas for making memories together. Oversee as a rental management company was fantastic…very responsive to questions and quick follow through for concerns. I highly recommend both Slim Shady and Oversee for a vacation that’s as comfortable as it is unforgettable.
