This house was lovely! The furnishings were very well done and comfortable. Everything was very clean when we arrived and they provided a good set of basics to get us through the stay. The location was quiet but easy to navigate to the nearby Dragonfly pool. We biked to Seaside easily a few times from the house as well. The host was very responsive and responded quickly when I had a question. The bedrooms were a great size and my little ones loved having their own little space with the bunk room.

This is a lovely home in a beautiful community with the best amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill to serve up burgers. The only obvious thing missing from this rental was beach day items (chairs, umbrella, paddle boards). If your trip involves 6 days at the beach (like us), you will have to pay Watercolor 150 /day for 2 chairs and an umbrella or go to publix and buy it all.

We have been fortunate to stay at this property for 3 years in a row. There is no detail missed in this home. Very convenient to great restaurants, pools, beach and amenities. A wonderful home for a family getaway.

We had a great stay at this property. The outdoor areas were a big highlight for us. The screened-in porch was perfect for relaxing with coffee in the mornings, and the upstairs patio gave us another comfortable spot to enjoy the nice weather. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made cooking for the family easy, and we enjoyed making use of the grill for a burger night. The house is beautifully decorated and feels really inviting. It’s also close to Publix, which made things convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking, and we enjoyed exploring WaterColor throughout our stay. We would happily come back.

We stayed at HCTS for a week in early October. The home is beautiful and in excellent condition. Nothing is frayed or worn – it all seemed brand new. The cleaning company was the best I have experienced in the Panhandle and we have been going for many years! The home had everything we needed and we cooked in almost every night! I would return to this home again and again. Watercolor had so much to offer that you don’t have to go anywhere else!

We really enjoyed our stay at Here Comes the Sun. The house had everything we needed, and the bikes made getting to the beach simple and fun. The location is in a quieter part of WaterColor, which gave us a nice break while still being an easy trip to the beach and amenities. Being right next to the Dragonfly pool was great since we could hop over for a quick swim whenever we wanted. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily book it again.
