We had a great stay at this property. The outdoor areas were a big highlight for us. The screened-in porch was perfect for relaxing with coffee in the mornings, and the upstairs patio gave us another comfortable spot to enjoy the nice weather. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made cooking for the family easy, and we enjoyed making use of the grill for a burger night. The house is beautifully decorated and feels really inviting. It’s also close to Publix, which made things convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking, and we enjoyed exploring WaterColor throughout our stay. We would happily come back.

We stayed at HCTS for a week in early October. The home is beautiful and in excellent condition. Nothing is frayed or worn – it all seemed brand new. The cleaning company was the best I have experienced in the Panhandle and we have been going for many years! The home had everything we needed and we cooked in almost every night! I would return to this home again and again. Watercolor had so much to offer that you don’t have to go anywhere else!

We really enjoyed our stay at Here Comes the Sun. The house had everything we needed, and the bikes made getting to the beach simple and fun. The location is in a quieter part of WaterColor, which gave us a nice break while still being an easy trip to the beach and amenities. Being right next to the Dragonfly pool was great since we could hop over for a quick swim whenever we wanted. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily book it again.

This property was the perfect location for our family spring break trip. The house has many great spaces for everyone to congregate and relax. No detail is missed with all the necessary amenities. Easy access to the beach and pool area as well as nearby shopping makes this a perfect rental!
