The updated home has plenty of space for relaxing and gathering. The main level features a primary bedroom, an open living and dining area, and a covered back porch perfect for outdoor meals and entertaining. Upstairs, there a second primary king bedroom and two additional guest bedrooms.
There's also a cozy living area with a twin daybed with a twin trundle.
WaterColor Resort is a 499-acre coastal haven bordered by the Gulf of Mexico, a dune lake, and a serene pine forest. Its beautifully designed grounds include winding trails, parks, green spaces, pools, and playgrounds. Enjoy tennis courts, local boutiques, restaurants, and private beach access along Scenic 30A.
Explore five miles of biking and walking trails, Western Lake’s boathouse with paddleboard, kayak, and canoe rentals, plus playgrounds and climbing structures for the kids. Beautiful and clean home that was close to everything. Enjoyed having the golf cart and bikes to make beach going easier. The tennis courts are at your back door- be aware if you are players like us and want to use the courts it will cost you $56 per hour, per court. We booked not knowing this and for 10 of us to play each time would have been crazy so we didn’t get to enjoy the courts which is the reason we booked this home. Oversee did credit us $150 to one use them one time which was kind of them. All in all we had a great stay and relaxing time. Publix is a short golf cart trip away and the kids seemed very safe riding bikes in the neighborhood.

Watercolor is the perfect family vacation. We went with our children and grandchildren and shared a house and will be doing it again. We’ve gone to numerous areas throughout the country and this area of watercolor/seaside was the best we’ve ever experienced. The pools and beach are exceptional and we’ll definitely be back.

Super property with great management company support. Spacious and well appointed Blue Oyster is a very nice cottage in Watercolor. Convenient to all amenities – Camp Watercolor, Tennis Club, Boat/Lake Center, and Beach Club. Golf cart makes it even better. Also convenient to grocery, liquor, ice cream, pizza, and sundry stores. Backs up to Tennis Center, so some sounds of activity during day.

We had the best experience with Oversee and our stay at the Blue Oyster Cottage! The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 5 adults and 5 kids (all 5 and under). We especially appreciated the little details, like the canvas amenity bags in the bathrooms—it made everything feel extra welcoming. The location and setup made our long weekend easy and memorable. We’ll definitely be checking Oversee first when booking our next trip!

It doesn‚’t get better than this. The host gave us clear instructions before our stay and provided us with a clear itinerary of the Watercolor amenities and beach clubs. Everything was streamlined and stress free. This was our first time in watercolor and it couldn‚’t have been any easier. The golf cart was hands down the difference maker. Every restaurant and beach was a 5 minute cruise away and the entire community offers golf cart parking.
