Welcome to That's What Sea Said. You’ll love the unique rooftop deck, a great place to unwind and enjoy the views, almost as much as the community pool and grilling area.
The first floor is open and spacious, with abundant seating for the entire family in the inviting living room. There’s also a primary bedroom, king, and a guest room, queen, which features a seating area and mini fridge with shared bath.
The second floor has a fully stocked kitchen and a dining area with seating for 6 and 4 additional bar stools. Beside the dining area is another living area for the family to watch TV. The second floor also features a bedroom with two twin beds and two full beds directly above.
The second floor bedroom has a hall bathroom.
The third floor has a second primary bedroom, king, with a private bath. Nearby is a guest room with two queen beds and a private bath. A spiral staircase leads to the third-floor deck, a great place to unwind and enjoy the views.
