Welcome to That's What Sea Said. The unique third-floor deck, a great place to unwind and enjoy the views, is almost as wonderful as the community pool and grilling area.
The first floor is open and spacious, with abundant seating for the entire family in the inviting living room. There’s also a primary bedroom, king, and a guest room, queen, which features a seating area and mini fridge with shared bath.
The second floor has a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area and seating for 6 with 4 additional bar stools. Beside the dining area is another living area for the family to watch TV.
The second floor also features a bedroom with two full beds and two twin beds directly above. The 2nd-floor floor bedroom has a hall bathroom.
The third floor has a second primary bedroom, king, with private bath. Nearby is guest room with two queen beds and a private bath. A spiral staircase leads to the third-floor deck, a great place to unwind and enjoy the views.

Eggs will be hidden daily between Dune Allen and Watercolor, primarily around the Blue Mountain area, and hints will be shared through social media stories to help participants find the hidden treasures.

Our stay was fantastic. We had three generations staying in the home and the layout was perfect for our family.

I would absolutely recommend this place. The house is amazing, it fits 10 people easily and you won’t feel crowded. You can walk to the beach and drive to Seaside to spend the evening. The hosts were fantastic with providing information and responding to any question we had.

The spacious condo was lovely. We were very close to restaurants and the local bakery. One of the best ice cream shops was 1 1/2 blocks away. The public beach area is very close and during July – very busy but very clean and of course the water was crystal clear. We had four adults and five pre-teens and had plenty of room to spread out. The community pool was well appointed and since there were only 12 units, it was never crowded. Plenty of shade for us older folks!! One of the important things for me was having a lower floor queen suite. My husband has a few knee issues, and having this bedroom with a nice, private sitting area on the lower floor was a plus. The rooftop deck is lovely but given our age, we used it limited times.

Awesome location. Great sunsets from the top deck. Restaurants and a small store nearby. Nice bikes and plenty of room for 10. Parking was a challenge but that seems to be a problem across Santa Rosa. Oversee was very helpful with everything.

“That’s what sea said” is in close proximity to the beach, bakery, creamery and health food store. It is clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. The pictures are accurate, and the manager was easy to communicate with. I will stay here again. It is close to the other small beach towns and easy to ride bikes all around.

This house was even nicer than it appears! It is so spacious and clean and very nicely decorated. The rooftop balcony was so cute! The beach access was close, but we chose to drive and had no problem finding a parking spot. Oversee Rentals was an amazing company to work with and we would definitely rent one of their properties again. With a last minute change in our group size due to a family emergency, they completely refunded our initial reservation. Per our request, they helped us find a smaller place and we couldn’t have been happier with this home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, organized and stocked perfectly for our stay. We appreciated the thought put into decor and kitchen utensils. The property staff was very helpful and responsive. The rooftop was a major gem for relaxation. I would suggest oiling the bikes or maybe changing the chains. Having them for an outing was nice but the rust and lack of use made us work lol! Overall wonderful stay and definitely planning to stay here again!

We had a great week at the beach and was made even more enjoyable by this well appointed townhome. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable, with a kitchen stocked with all the things. Having 2 living areas was key, with having the teens an area to hang on the couch etc. The pool area and grill were spacious and clean. We were a short bike ride to Goatfeathers, so plenty of fresh local fish! Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The cherry on top – was the TOP DECK! So relaxing anytime of day! Thanks for wonderful memories.

From the moment we booked That’s What Sea Said in Blue Mountain Beach, 30A, FL, we knew we were in for a treat, but our expectations were utterly blown away. This wasn’t just a rental; it was an experience. Everything about this home screamed comfort, luxury, and relaxation, making our vacation truly unforgettable.
Location, Location, Location! This home boasts an absolutely prime location. Situated in 30A, it was a quick 6 minute walk to the pristine sands of Blue Mountain Beach access. Being close enough to easily enjoy the beach, at an affordable price, provided the perfect balance of activity and tranquility. We loved being able to walk to Mimmo’s, Red Fish Taco, the Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, Aloha souvenir shop, and Johnny McTighe’s!
A Poolside Oasis: The pool was the star of the show for our kiddos! Sparkling clean and perfectly maintained, it provided endless hours of fun for the whole family. The spacious patio surrounding the pool was perfect for lounging. We spent most afternoons soaking up the sun and enjoying the refreshing water. It was truly our oasis, and perfect for a little getaway while the kids napped.
Beach Bliss: The short distance to Blue Mountain Beach public access was a huge plus. The soft white sand was perfect for morning walks, busy sandcastle making adventures, and gorgeous sunsets with a glass of wine.
Amenities Galore: That’s What Sea Said was equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a family meal. The comfortable beds ensured a good night’s sleep after active days. The outdoor grill was perfect for grilling local fish. The smart TVs allowed us to easily stream movies. They even provided little amenity kits. It felt like a home away from home, but even better!
Beyond Expectations: What truly set this rental apart was the impeccable cleanliness, attentive and responsive property manager, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. When we had a question about the pool, the property manager responded immediately and answered our question, along with more recommendations for things to do in the area. Super helpful!

I absolutely LOVED my stay in Blue Mountain Beach at That’s What Sea Said! The home is the perfect setup for a getaway with friends and family. The sleeping arrangements and accommodations were excellent for guests to feel right at home and have a sense of privacy because of the different floors. The rooftop deck is wonderful for reading and enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail! The pool in the complex was heated to the perfect temp and the walk to the beach is super quick. Plus the white sand and turquoise water beaches? Absolutely stunning! Great bars, restaurants, shops, and a bakery are just steps away! I can’t wait to come back!
