Easter pre-orders for holiday meals will open soon online, with all orders scheduled for pickup or delivery on April 4th. Additionally, the annual 30A Easter Egg Hunt is set to begin on March 29th. Each morning, eggs will be hidden across the area from Dune Allen to Watercolor, with a primary focus near Blue Mountain. Hints for the treasure hunt will be shared through social media stories throughout the event.

Excellent location. Our second time staying at this home. Great location. House was spotless. Everything you need Is at the house. The beach is with in walking distance. Most things are just a short drive away. Make sure you go to blue mountain bakery to get fresh baked cinnamon rolls. pecan jacks is a must if you like ice cream.

We had a great experience staying at an Oversee property in Blue Mountain Beach. The team was helpful and communicative when needed. The amenity packs upon check in were thoughtful and helpful. The house we rented was pristine!

Absolutely beautiful home! Loved everything from the well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and linens, TV’s in all the bedrooms, ample amount of towels, bikes, can walk to the beach and some restaurants. The staff at Oversee are top notch, so friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this location! We come to 30a every year and this house was conveniently located! Beautiful home— easy to access and communication with the host was great. Our only complaint— we wish the backyard was a little more usable, it was not well kept! This was the reason we booked, loved that it was fenced and provided beach toys.

The house was clean well maintained with newer furnishings and finishes. The third bedroom is more of a large closet area, but my 13-year-old did not mind and loved the giant TV.

I had a lovely time in this home! The house was extremely complete for a 9 day stay with my family. They loved it and they felt right at home. We cooked a lot and felt impressed by all the appliances. I loved having a house with a fenced backyard for my two dogs, it was so lovely to give them their own space and quick potty breaks. The house was close to the beach specially with the house bicycles provided. One even broke and they got it fixed in under an hour. Blue mountain beach is the closest public beach and it was lovely. The only thing worth nothing is that the bedroom with bunk beds does not have a door. Also I would recommend getting trip insurance for any hurricanes as no accommodations or refunds can be given in case of a hurricane.

They were pet friendly, and the fenced side yard was perfect for our pets! our kids just loved the bunk room! The kitchen had everything we needed. Oversee supplied complimentary laundry pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and even some K-Cups. We were delighted when we first walked in the house and we’re greeted with complimentary gifts of beach towels and stainless steel cups with lids! The response from Oversee was also very quick and friendly when we had questions, and when we locked ourselves out they got us right back inside quickly! We would definitely recommend Seaside Noir, or any property hosted by Oversee!
