Inside, the spaces are gorgeous and very unique, and feel thoughtful and refined, with nearly every window framing the surrounding leafy Florida landscape. Very nest-like.
The layout keeps things comfortable and connected. The kitchen is set up for real cooking, with double ovens, a six-burner cooktop with griddle, and a generous island that tends to gather everyone in. The impressive living room centers around a gas fireplace and opens to a screened porch that works well for outdoor dining or a quiet moment with a book.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms open to a covered porch overlooking a peaceful green space.
It feels tucked away, yet everything is still close. The primary suite adds a bit more room to unwind, with vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, wet bar, and its own private porch. The bathroom is spacious, with a jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.

Perfect stay for families! Ingle’s Nest easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 teenagers.
* Spacious layout – roomy enough for group hangouts (like family tv nights) while offering privacy – we were never on top of each other. If people wanted to go bed early or if you needed to tuck in young children, you won’t hear people downstairs.
* Great kitchen 2-3 people could easily cook, sit around the kitchen counter or sit at the dining room high top table
* Outdoor living – loved the 3 covered porches (1 screened in), grill, outdoor shower and three bikes with locks
* Comfort – bedrooms were large and comfortable, plus a full bath downstairs and pull out sofa
* Convenient – Washer and dryer upstairs
* Location and amenities – very walkable location. We didn’t drive our cars once, great access to pool, gym, and trails

This property was amazing. Close to everything. We parked we when arrived and did not drive again until we checked out. We biked or walked everywhere. There is only 3 bikes. They did provide 2 beach towels that were very nice for the beach time. I would recommend bringing a few extra beach towels. The house was cool temp, the washer and dryer was good for daily towel wash. There is plenty of space inside and on the balacany for everyone to enjoy. The trails are amazing. We loved exploring all around. The Seaside pass will get you on the beach, but you must pay for chairs and umbrella if you want for the beach. The cost is higher due to location. You are so close to everything. The area is safe and family friendly. I allowed my teenage girls to hang out and walk around by themselves until late every night. There is a curfew on the beach which is nice. There is no bars or dinner to eat late if you go after 9 or 10pm. Would highly recommend for a senior trip or family vacation.
