Grayton Beach. A very sought-after area along scenic Highway 30A. And lucky for you, this gorgeous, 4 bedroom, 4 bath house is tucked away in a very vibrant neighborhood.

Built in 2021, and comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, Three Little Birds has a contemporary flair, with distressed plank-style flooring throughout. A true haven for sand lovers, the home is a quick shuttle trip, or bike ride, to the beach.

Inside, the modern kitchen, with new appliances, features a spacious island perfect for gathering. The dining area is poised to host intimate dinners for 8, while the uncluttered living space ensures a comfortable and inviting ambiance.

A guest room, queen, is on the lower level, for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, discover two primary bedrooms, king, and a charming bunk room with 4 twin beds.

The immediate surroundings are enriched by the presence of the laid-back village known as Grayton Beach—an enticing backdrop to your coastal getaway. Take a bike, or the free shuttle, to the Red Bar area during the day or night. A couple cool shops, a few very nice restaurants, it feels different here, distinct from the rest of 30A.

Ready for the white sand? Either visit the Grayton Beach State Park for a serene escape, or follow the cars and trucks to the beach for another uniquely 'Grayton' scene! The Grayton Dunes Beach Access, bordered by the outfall of Western Lake, is beyond explanation. This is the spot, friends.

Only thing that wasn‚’t fabulous for me was parking.. we had a big group and there was barley any space for our cars the driveway is small and backs up right to another so it made it very difficult to park. Considering it can sleep 10 I would imagine there would be enough parking for at least 3 cars. Would have loved to know that ahead of time. Other than that this house was an incredible stay. Pool was incredible. Great walk to local coffee and close to beach!

This was one of the best and most comfortable places I have ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms are large and very clean. It is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could give 10 stars! It is also very conveniently located, near beaches, restaurants and shopping.
