The updated home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. On the first floor, the primary suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, and double vanity, while the guest room with a queen bed has its own full bath. Both rooms have private balconies and Amazon TVs for relaxing.
Upstairs, the second floor shines with an open living and dining area, plus a gourmet kitchen. A cozy bunk room with twin-over-queen beds makes for a fun hangout spot. The best part?

I have no words for this place. It was amazing! The location was perfect- we could walk or ride our bikes both to the beach and to restaurants in no time flat. Beds were amazing. Kitchen overstocked. The house was perfect. There wasn’t anything we could have wanted that it didn’t have stocked. Super close to the beach and pool was quiet and nice. Bikes included were a very nice touch. You can easily walk to local catch and the snack shack- or even further on down to shunk gulley. Love, love, love the decor and Oversee is an awesome company to work with- knowing that they donate to cancer children’s vacation charities makes me love them even more!!

Sun of a Beach exceeded all expectations! From the location to the furnishings to the amenities, we could not have asked for better accommodations. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, communications with management were quick and easy and the proximity to other beach communities was unmatched!!! We loved every minute of our week-long stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this beach house. We booked this house the day before we traveled and everything was easy and totally ready for our arrival the next day. We loved using the bikes to get around and we loved how close the house was to the beach. We walked to the beach every day and local restaurants nearby are also walking or biking distance. We appreciated access to the pool as well and appreciated the peaceful surroundings. We loved breakfast on the deck upstairs in the mornings. The only complaint I have is that the cushions on the balcony from the master suite stayed wet 24/7 so we did not get to use that balcony specifically, but it was still gorgeous. We slept great and had a seamless week at Son of A Beach. The upstairs bedroom would be perfect for traveling with kids and would have slept 6 comfortably with cool looking bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great even though we had to walk to the beach. Very short about 5 minutes. The property was located in a nice area and the amenities were very thoughtful. The kids enjoyed the bikes and the pool as well as the beach.

We have been coming to Santa Rosa Beach the past four years and this is our favorite place. We have stayed. We love the proximity to Goatfeathers and in my opinion, the public beach is one of the best! Not packed, great beach, and the house is so close.
We had a couple small issues come up while we were at the house (tv stopped working and fire alarm went off) and I was very impressed with the management company Oversee. They handled things very quickly and were extremely responsive. That has not been the case with many other management companies for properties. We have rented over the years.
We will definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay at this property! Home was very clean, well stocked with towels and had a very nice beachy decor throughout! Close to beach access and walking/biking distance to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with charming beach homes. I would not hesitate to book this house again!

The house was simply stunning. Clean, well kept and seriously like out of a magazine. My kids loved the bunk beds, so unique. The openness of the house was so comfortable and i loved sitting outside in the mornings. Made me happy. I will definitely rent this home again!!!

The home was beautifully appointed and we wanted for nothing! It was well stocked and everything seemed brand new. The decor was beautiful. It was very close to the beach. The only thing we needed to bring were beach towels and groceries. We loved it and will surely return
