A stunning home, Sun of a Beach is in the family-friendly community of Old Florida Cottages, just a short, easy walk to the beach, with no major roads to cross.
The cottages wrap around a large seasonally heated community pool! Take advantage of the grilling area with a covered pavilion.
With accommodations for 10, the bedrooms in the modern, renovated home all have Amazon TVs and outdoor balconies. The primary suite, king, with a walk-in shower and double vanity, is on the first floor, as is a guest room, queen, with a full bathroom.
The bright and inviting second floor dining and living area includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The living room has a 55” TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Just off the kitchen, a guest room with a charming pair of twin over queen bunks.
But the hero of the second floor?
Or perhaps the entire house? The balcony is more like a wraparound porch, with incredible views of the gulf. Enjoy!

This LOCATION, this HOUSE, this MANAGEMENT COMPANY is the very best we have had going to 30a for 22+ years, and twice a year! We will definitely rent again.

The home was beautifully appointed and we wanted for nothing! It was well stocked and everything seemed brand new. The decor was beautiful. It was very close to the beach. The only thing we needed to bring were beach towels and groceries. We loved it and will surely return

The house was simply stunning. Clean, well kept and seriously like out of a magazine. My kids loved the bunk beds, so unique. The openness of the house was so comfortable and i loved sitting outside in the mornings. Made me happy. I will definitely rent this home again!!!
