Oversee has been my favorite rental agency by far! They are quick to respond and so professional. I booked a home for 30 days on 30A and it could not have been a more perfect experience. Fantastic house. 9Ft ceilings throughout, updated/modern, clean. Short distance from pool and a short golf cart ride to beach access. On private Cul de sac great We would return – thank you!

Great quiet location and really close to Seaside. The pool was clean with good furniture. The house had everything we needed—even hangers in the closet!!! We had some small plumbing issues and were resolved quickly, no issues at all. Would definitely stay there again.

We shared the Hakuna Matata with another couple. We were so delighted when we arrived to find that it was very close to the beach. We did drive each day, but we could have easily have biked to the beach. The home was lovely and the couch was so comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the evenings and even using the grill. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

This was a great get away and relax week in February. Although not tropical conditions the weather was fair and got us away from the Cincinnati winter. The house was great. Very clean and well appointed. Everything was there we needed. Location in quiet Seagrove neighborhood was easily accessible to everything the area had to offer by bicycle. Would definitely recommend and may be returning.

What a great house in a great neighbor hood right next to a beautiful beach. We loved to house with the huge wrap around porch and swing. The neighborhood was so quaint and friendly. We loved riding bikes to the beach, restaurants and nearby Seaside. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed at Oversee’s Hakuna Matata for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. The house was spotless, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The photos do not do this place justice. We loved the open concept of the house and especially loved the big screened in porch. The neighborhood was quiet and adorable and we enjoyed many walks and golf carts rides. We also took advantage of the bikes almost daily, which was so much fun. We have talked about coming back next year and renting Hakuna Matata again. It was a perfect spot for us.

We have not been to SeaGrove Beach before and rented Hakuna Matata. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful property! The pictures don’t even give it justice and it was immaculate! .5 miles from the beach, 1 mile from Seaside. Perfect location. The kitchen has all of the things you will need, perfectly stocked. The bikes are in great condition, the screened in porch was fabulous! We would totally rent again! Loved it all!!
