Newly renovated, and with all new décor, Beach Dreamer is a delightful one-story, 4-bedroom home between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, in Seacrest. It’s within walking distance of distinctive eateries, fine dining, and one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques.
A convenient tram will take you to and from the beach access point, along beautiful 30A. Plus, the community pool is the second biggest in all of Florida!
The screened-in front porch is a great place to unwind and view the neighborhood. Out back, there’s more seating and a gas grill.
Inside, the plush seating makes the open living area feel cozy. With stainless steel appliances and plenty of tools, you’ll love the complete kitchen.
The dining table seats 8, with additional bar seats on the island.
The first primary bedroom, king, has a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a large, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Just beyond the kitchen is the second primary bedroom, queen, with private bath. Down the hall, a kids' bedroom has a bunk, twin over full, with a pull-out trundle. A foldout bed is also available.

We were so impressed with this home and had a fantastic stay! We definitely hope to come back for our next beach vacation. The house is even more beautiful in person, and the layout is perfect for families. It feels so much bigger than we expected. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are really spacious. The location is very convenient for accessing the neighborhood parks, pool and trolley stops to the beach. It’s also easy to walk to the beach if you prefer. Parking is super easy and convenient too. The only snag we ran into was the back door code was different from the front door code we were provided. But the management company responded quickly after hours and resolved the issue in minutes. We would highly recommend this property! Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of 6 spent a week at Thanksgiving in “Beach Dreamer” on Seacrest Beach. We had 4 generations from 19 month to 88 year old. Beach Dreamer checked off all the boxes to accommodate our various needs. The one level cottage made it easy access for grandmother and safe for toddler. It was well equipped for preparing a Thanksgiving feast. The property is situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach making it walkable to shops/restaurants in both areas. The unit came with 6 bikes which we used daily to work off the holiday calories. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, and the tram was available for pickup and transport to areas in Seacrest Beach. Overlook, the property management team, was amazing in all aspects of booking, check-in, maintenance, and check-out. And the text and emails were proactive in preparing us for our holiday. Shelby was quick to respond to any questions and the maintenance team came immediately to check on our grill (even replaced it!). Thank you!

We had a great week at Beach Dreamer! The house was so cute, the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s very spacious plenty of room for everyone to sit together in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have multiple bathrooms. My only complaint about the beds were the sheets not staying on. The corners pop off because of the mattress covers, they need to get the sheet clips that help keep them on. It was an easy walk to the pool, which was really nice! The beach is a bit far for walking, but the tram stop is almost right next to the house, which was very convenient, and worked out great!! We would definitely stay there again, we had such a great week!!

Beach Dreamer was perfect for our family of 9. There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked breakfast and lunch daily and went out at dinner. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to wash our beach towels. We really enjoyed the screened in front porch. There is quite a lot of construction going on around the property, but it didn’t effect our stay at all. We had to change our dates last minute and Oversee was very accommodating. This is our second stay at one of their properties and we will always book through them from now on.

We truly enjoyed staying at Toes in the Water and within the Seacrest community. The house was wonderful! We had plenty of space. Sitting on the front patio in the morning at at night was a wonderful way to start and finish the day. Loved the community, trams, bikes, pool, access to the beach and Charlies Donuts! Great Stay- would recommend 100%.

“Toes in the Water” was even better than the pictures!! Our family had an amazing, relaxing, much needed vacation!! The home was in the perfect location and very quiet until the “teen biker gangs” would ride past. We enjoyed watching and listening to their music, laughter, and chatting from our screened-in porch. They were also having a GREAT time! The kitchen was very well equipped for any type of cooking, baking and grilling. We did that most of the time we were there. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the air conditioner. I called about 8pm and management responded within 2 minutes and showed up within 10. He checked it out and called a repairman who was very courteous and promptly fixed our issue. All in, under an hour! I was extremely impressed! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and this rental, just keep my week available for our family, we will be back!

Toes In The Water is a great vacation house. The property was clean and modern.The bedding and furniture were comfortable and the screened in porch was a little private haven for me. The house is well stocked with kitchenware and some much appreciated supplies were on site (i.e. diswasher pods, laundry pods, dish detergent). Loved our stay. Didn’t want to leave. Hope to be back!

This house is fantastic. Great location and lots of room inside – plus no houses on either side. Tram stop at the corner and easy walk or bike to shops, restaurants, beach. Many extras included that you have to pay for at other places, like bikes, beach chairs, beach equipment and toys. Furnishings are very nice and plenty of seating, dishes, utensils, etc. Our family has stayed in this area before and this house was perfect and for the price, most others cannot compare. We highly recommend this house and would stay in it again. Oversee Rentals also does a great job on the management side, from original booking to departure.

This is the perfect house for 2 families! There was plenty of living space, everything we needed in the kitchen, and an awesome front porch with rocking chairs! It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants, and the beach tram is very accessible. We would definitely stay here again!
