This stylish Inlet Beach retreat puts you right next to 30Avenue, where top-tier dining, shopping, and coastal charm come together. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and room for nine, there’s plenty of space to relax, recharge, and make the most of your beach getaway.

The living area is made for laid-back lounging, featuring a queen sleeper sofa and a large TV. The kitchen shines with sleek stainless-steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a three-person bar. Gather around the six-person dining table for meals, card games, or a glass of wine after a day in the sun.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo.

A second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk, while the third offers a queen bed. A shared bath and an extra half bath keep things convenient.

Outside, the multi-level deck is ready for everything from morning coffee to evening cookouts. Fire up the gas grill in the fenced backyard, settle in with a good book, or gather around the wood-burning fire pit. The heated community pool is just across the street, and the soft white sand of Inlet Beach is less than half a mile away.

The Inlet Beach underpass is designed for pedestrian and cyclist safety at the intersection of Highway 98 and 30A and it provides a safe crossing beneath busy traffic, connecting beach access, shops and restaurants. It includes art murals by local artists. Rosemary Beach, with its iconic architecture and charming town center, is just down the road. Scenic Hwy 30A invites you to explore 27 miles of trails, five state parks, and rare coastal dune lakes.
