Inside, the large open living, dining, and kitchen area is a charming space, and leads out to the adorable, screened-in front porch.
Nearby, a primary bedroom, king, has a private bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second floor has another primary bedroom, king, with private bath, a guest room, king, with private bath, and a two-twin bunk-nook. For additional sleeping, the living room has a full sleeper sofa.
Out back, there’s a gas grill and an outdoor shower. Beach access is just a short walk or bike ride away.

The specific games displayed on the Jumbotron are announced weekly by Wednesday. Other games are shown on TVs under a covered pavilion, with several TVs available for requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can ask a manager at the bars for any requests.

The Flutterby Festival, produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, is celebrating its 33rd year. The festival commemorates the migration of the Monarch Butterfly and features a variety of activities for children, live performances, lawn games, a student art exhibit, a professional artist market, a butterfly parade, a science station, and a book nook. The event is scheduled for Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center. Admission is free and open to the public, though some activities require tickets that can be purchased at the CAA welcome and information tents. On-site parking, including accessible parking, will be available, along with a cash bar and food trucks.

Create Your Own Ceramic Holiday Ornament
A festive, hands-on ceramics workshop will be offered at the Flutterby Arts Festival inside the Creative Campus tent at The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center on Sunday, November 9th. Participants can join CAA Lead Pottery Instructor Jessica Batson for one of three creative sessions to craft a beautiful set of three handmade Christmas ornaments. Using clay slabs, attendees will explore easy hand-building techniques to shape, carve, and add charming 3D details. After building their pieces, they can finish them by painting with bright ceramic colors for an instant keepsake. This workshop is an ideal way to celebrate the season through creativity, whether making heartfelt gifts or adding a personal touch to holiday decor. All ages and experience levels are welcome, and children are encouraged to participate with a registered adult. Tickets are required for each participant creating a project. Classes are offered beginning at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 2 p.m. Registration is open and can be completed in advance or onsite at the event.
