Welcome to Two Rocking Chairs, in the 256-acre, gated community of Watersound West Beach. Resting between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, the gorgeous retreat comfortably accommodates 10.
Families will love the amazing amenities at WaterSound West! A seasonally heated, zero-entry pool features cabanas, outdoor grills, and a fireplace.
Go exploring on boardwalks and nature trails that wind through the community, over the large pond and rolling dunes, and directly to the beach. Absolutely gorgeous, a must do!
With Horseshoe Park and Deer Lake State Park nearby, a 9-hole putt-putt course, and bike and kayak rentals, WaterSound West promises fun for everyone during your peaceful beach vacation. Oh yeah: Complimentary golf cart!
Inside, the large open living, dining, and kitchen area is a charming space, and leads out to the adorable, screened-in front porch.
Nearby, a primary bedroom, king, has a private bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second floor has another primary bedroom, king, with private bath, a guest room, king, with private bath, and a two-twin bunk-nook. For additional sleeping, the living room has a full sleeper sofa.
Out back, there’s a gas grill and an outdoor shower. Beach access is just a short walk or bike ride away.

Great neighborhood, super cute house that fit my family of 5 perfectly. The beach is very pretty, biking with the beach chairs is difficult with our 6th grader – highly recommend renting a bike with a trailer to haul all the gear down the bike path. The golf cart was a super plus! Easy to zip over to grab dinner.

Great stay! Perfect communication with the host. This is a great neighborhood. The Pool is very quiet and nice. Just what we were looking for with a couple of smaller children. The beach is a short boardwalk away. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning, pool during the during, then sunsets in the evening. Perfect spot. We will be coming back soon.

We loved our visit to this property. We have stayed in the Watersound area before so we were already familiar with the area. The private gated community is a huge plus as it has a ton of privacy and less traffic than some of the areas surrounding it. The private gated community also has a private boardwalk to the beach. That is about a 10 minute walk from the pool parking. The Community pool is also a very good size with plenty of seating. ÔøºThis area has a lot less traffic than some of the other public access beach points in the area. The house has three pretty good size bedrooms that have king-size beds in each one in a private bathroom. There‚’s also two bunkbeds so could sleep 2 more kids so the house comfortably would fit 8 people. The beds were extremely comfortable along with the pillows in each bedroom, which is a huge plus that you dont always get at some other of these rentals. We very much enjoyed our vacation and will definitely use this house again in the future.

We really enjoyed this 30A beach vacation at Two Rocking Chairs on a Porch in Water Sound. The home was stunning! Walking in to be greeted with vacation merch/souvenir’s was super cool. The craftsmanship is top notch and the neighborhood is beautiful and serene. Definitely recommend a family vacation at this home. From bike rides to golf cart rides, walks to the beach from the clubhouse/pool house, to runs around the neighborhood, this is such a great home and place to vacation. We really love it and are so blessed to have stayed here for our family vacation. From our family to yours, Thank you!

The house was clean and decorated beautifully. Oversee was wonderful with excellent communication all the way through . We arrived late and all the lights were on with a nice welcome package to get started… home was very clean!
Only negatives..master bedroom bed and pillows were uncomfortable, no extra blankets, just a light quilt and sheets. The screened in porch was small, but would have been more inviting if it were cleaned up with more comfortable furniture. Other than that, our stay was fantastic!

This was our third time staying in this neighborhood and we love it! House was great and very clean. Really appreciated having cable in the Family room and not just streaming. Allowed us to watch Local news/weather and network shows. We are hoping to return next year!
