Wonderful and charming, inside and out back, La Mer-Athon is in the Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood. The dream home is near three Neighborhood Beach Accesses along Blue Mountain Road.
The private pool is the center of a very unique space. The backyard oasis includes a spacious pool house, a hanging day bed, a fire pit with seating for four, a Delta Heat grill, a refrigerator, and a large TV. There’s also a dining table next to the water.
Inside, the first-floor open dining and living area is a delight, with ten-foot ceilings and custom finishes. The living room with a large TV, includes a queen sleeper sofa.
The dining area features a grand farmhouse dining table, with seating for your entire crew. Not only does the amazing kitchen have quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, KitchenAid small appliances, and a built-in desk, but it also includes an ice maker and wine refrigerator.
Down the hall resides a guest room, queen, with a full shared marble-tiled bath and a view of the pool. Upstairs, there’s a large “parent suite”, king, with a coffee bar, separate bunk room, and wrap-around balcony. The second primary suite has a seating area, a full private marble-tiled bath, and a balcony that overlooks the pool. A stacked washer and dryer are nearby, in addition to the full-sized washer and dryer in the two-car garage.
Don’t forget to take advantage of the six-seater golf cart and four bikes! The real adventures start when you leave the car behind. Enjoy!

Best house we‚’ve stayed at on 30a. We were met with several major issues upon checkin, but oversee worked to have them resolved as quickly as possible and by Tuesday everything was fixed. Would definitely rent from them again.

Fabulous house! Exactly as described. Very clean…even my mom, who is OCD about cleanliness (LOL) commented several times about the how clean the house was. Comfortable beds. Pool was clean and private. All amenities were great! Walking distance to the beach and ice cream shop, but the cart made it more fun. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend! Thank you!

There is so much great about this property – the location to the beach and a few restaurants/shops- having a golf cart and bikes available for use – the room set ups are great for multiple families – the pool is the perfect size and depth for kids (our 5 year old could easily stand in the shallow end) We did run into a few issues however. There is only one AC unit for this entire property and the house was extremely hot most of the time we were there. It seemed ok in the beginning of the week, but by the back half of the week it was sitting around 80 degrees and not dropping much lower. It was very uncomfortable. We understand it was summer in FL, but the house not cooling at all was surprising. We did reach out to the property manager asking for someone to check it. We never heard from them that it was checked and was ok or not. At this point we only had two nights left so just powered through. Additionally, on our final night, sewage backed up into the downstairs tub and toilet and ran all over the floor. The management team did ultimately get a plumber out there to fix whatever the clog was, but no one ever came to clean or anything. So that bathroom was just unusable for the remainder of our trip as there was literal waste in the bath tub. We had a great time in Santa Rosa and really enjoyed alot about the house, but unfortunately, I don’t think we’d rebook simply because of how uncomfortable we were with the lack of AC.

Perfect house for our family of 8! The house had everything needed for dinner nights in and it was a short distance from a few great restaurants! The golf cart and bikes made it an easy trip to the beach. The pool/pool house was a great way to end our days on the beach! We highly recommend this house!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The property matched the pictures except the outdoor furniture was much more “tired” than when the pictures were originally taken. We stayed for two weeks and had several issues (stalled golf cart, empty propane tanks, furnace stopped working) within the first couple days. The management company, Oversee, was outstanding in responding quickly and professionally. All issues were corrected in a timely manner and the remainder of our stay was great. We had the pool heated which was perfect as we could swim even when the temperature was 40 degrees. There were 7 people in our group and the home fit us well. Each couple having their own bathroom was a plus and the beds were very comfortable. The golf cart worked well for daily trips to the beach. The Red Fish Taco restaurant is across the 30A highway and down just a bit (within walking distance) and we enjoyed drinks while listening to the nightly live music. We also sat on the balcony on the front of the house and enjoyed the music from there. Since we stayed the second half of February, we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves as the crowds do not start inhabiting the Santa Rosa Beach area until mid-March. We would recommend this property and plan to return next year.

Beautifully located near beach access, fire pit to sit by was awesome after a swim in the evening! The pool was great with heat for cool nights also. We enjoyed the kitchen it was spacious and equipped for cooking with a large family. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with outdoor space to gather and eat, watch tv, or swing and watch the sunset. The golf cart was a plus to ride down to the beach accesses. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, pool and foosball game. Our family will come back next year 🙂

We spent 4 nights here. It is a beautiful home, tastefully furnished, and has pretty much everything you need. The backyard and pool area is better than the pictures show. The golf cart was fun and we enjoyed the bikes. The beach is a short walk or 2 minute golf cart ride away. Parking can be tricky on busy days.Overall, we had a great time. Just a few maintenance type issues that can be fixed – mainly the wifi which was super spotty.

This was our second stay at La Mer-Athon. We had everything we needed.With co-vid being an issue we spent a lot of time at the house – ate all our meals under the great “shelter” in the back. The grill was used for every dinner! The foosball game was a lot of fun for all. The bikes were used and the golf cart was much appreciated. It made getting all our “stuff” to the beach so much easier since we found a less crowded beach area up the road.

2nd time staying here. We love everything about this house! Location, pool, golf cart, decor, cleanliness and the house layout, the bbq ran of propane and it was immediately replaced. Oversee Rentals has great and prompt staff always available to assist you! Definitely coming back for a 3rd stay!

Very impressed with the decor and layout of the home. There were 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. The outdoor space was our favorite. The pillows were all a little flat and we requested additional comforters which were promptly delivered but otherwise rooms were very comfortable. We had trouble with the WiFi connection upon arrival but that was fixed promptly as well. Loved loved loved the proximity to the beach. We discovered a second public beach access a little further down from the one you can park at so we took advantage of using that one instead since there was limited parking. The golf cart was the perfect amenity for beach trips. Also there were lots of beach toys in the garage for the kids so that was really nice as well. Would definitely stay again.

Oversee was wonderful to work with. Very responsive if there were questions or issues. Our rental home was perfect with every amenity. One block walk to the public beaches and near Seaside but not in the crowd. Quiet and comfortable. Heated pool and outdoor living room were super fun! Loved the bike trails, state parks, white sand beaches and the golf cart rides! Great to quarantine at a warm location with sand in our toes and sun on our faces.

I decided to stay here for a few days with my wife and daughter during the first week of December. We are all beyond pleased with this location. The heated pool was my daughter’s favorite part and the 5 minute walk from the beach was my favorite part. The kitchen was extremely organized, clean and spacious. If you’re the type of person that doesn’t mind cooking on their vacation, you’ll definitely enjoy this location. I don’t have anything negative to say about this location and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to 30AThis will be the first property I look for on my next visit to the 30A area.

Santa Rosa/Blue Mountain Beach was a welcome change from Destin. The home was great. Plenty of bedding available. The kitchen setup was great (ice maker great touch). Access to the 6 person golf cart and bicycles was awesome. The pool house w/ outside bathroom, shower, tv, grill, fridge, etc… was all worth it. We’ll be back.

We were here for a week with our 2 daughters and their families which each including a young child and it fit our family very well. Great outdoor space with pool and the 6 person golf cart was a real hit for getting around most anywhere we wanted to go. Have already recommended to a co-worker and is certainly a place our family will strongly consider going to again next year.

The home is centrally located in the beautiful Blue Mountain beach area directly off of 30A. We come to the Santa Rosa Beach area every summer. This place is incredible. The outdoor living was the best. We spent so much time outside by the pool and adjacent pool house. We only went in to bathe and sleep! The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The property management team was super responsive and helpful. We will be back!!

I was pleasantly surprised to see the home matched the online pictures. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool and poolhouse; taking advantage of eating outside. The extra amenisuch as the bikes, golf cart and beach equipment was a definite plus. I definitely plan on coming back. Even when we had a small issue of the landscaping company blowing yard debris in the pool, Oversee had someone promptly come out to clean the pool.
