Beachfront! Does it get any better than this? Take in the sound of waves and the panoramic views of this pristine location. In the heart of historic Old Seagrove, the community is a short walk or bike ride to the world-renowned Seaside resort.
The sunroom and outdoor sitting area will surely please your entire crew with a large dining table, and, you guessed it, incredible Gulf-front views.
Inside the enchanting beach house, a guest room, with 2 twins, is just off the main hallway. Across from the hall bathroom is a sitting room/bedroom, (with a pull-out sleeper sofa) that leads out to the spacious pool area.
The kitchen, dining, and living area also have spectacular views.
A second guest room, with 2 twins, is next to the kitchen, and a pair of primary suites, kings, are on the opposite side of the home. All rooms have gulf views.

Our teams of hard-working professionals are passionate about providing a clean home and a consistent experience for our guests. We’re open seven days a week with a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. Our office is within 10 miles of this home, so we’re right down the street, and happy to head your way!

Family Ties was the perfect house for two families on fall break. Kitchen is very well stocked. Bikes were great and well maintained. Beach View was incredible and perfect for watching the sunset!

We gifted the week long trip to our two children and their families for Christmas (2023). Everyone said it was the best week and best vacation their had ever had. The location was SPOT ON and we all enjoyed a relaxing week together as a family. LOVED the bikes and riding down to Seaside. We have not ridden bikes in years but had a blast.
We are considering renting the same house for another trip next year, since we like give “memories” instead of gifts for Christmas and birthdays.

We or other family members have stayed in this property many times over the years and have seen it develop from a simple un-airconditioned beach house from the late 1960’s to the enlarged and attractive remodeled version it is today. Over the years the many improvements have made our family stays more relaxing and enjoyable and this year was no different. We have already rented it for our family vacation again next year.

Overall, my family was very pleased with home. Great location and very clean and modernized. One issue we had was there were 8 of us but only room for 7 to sit on couch, love seat and chair. Not a big deal but noticeable. Pool and bikes were in great shape and enjoyed. Couple all this with good communications with rental company and I can assure you we will be back.

The home and location on the beach is amazing.
The quantity of supplies were a joke
One roll of toilet paper per bathroom- Really for a week long stay of 8 people
Only 3 trash bags for the entire week
I recommend that you are not so stingy with supplies

Our vacation this summer was once again spent in the beautiful Family Ties. It is a lovely home with a beautiful view of the beach.

Wonderful location- highly recommend-employees Ryan, Crystal and Meagan always available for any questions we had-ie, how to work TV remotes- As a travel consultant (research 🙂 We have rented several places in Seagrove- Family Ties we would return tomorrow!
