The sunroom and outdoor lounge are made for unwinding, whether it’s morning coffee with a view or dinner with a backdrop that steals the show.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas serve up more of those stunning Gulf views, along with plenty of space to relax.
Just off the living room, two bedrooms feature more incredible views. A guest room with two twin beds, and a gorgeous primary suite.

Down the hall, a cozy sitting room, with a pull-out sleeper sofa and a bathroom, leads out to the spacious pool area. There’s also another guest room, with 2 twins, and lastly, a second, plush primary bedroom. Enjoy!

At Oversee 30A, we do vacation right. A spotless home, a seamless stay, and a local team always nearby. Our office is just down the road, open daily, with 24/7 support whenever you need us.

Event Information: The event is scheduled for November 9th or December 7th, with the show starting at 6:30 PM. It will be held live on the main stage at Old Florida Fish House. For dinner with preferred seating ticket holders, guests should arrive at 5:00 PM for dinner. The show runs from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and these ticket holders will have seating closer to the stage. For show-only tickets, guests should arrive between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If guests wish to eat from the normal dinner menu, it is suggested to make a reservation between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to allow enough time to finish dinner before the show. The menu includes a choice of soup or salad: Gulf Coast She Crab Soup with Blue Crab Flitters, or Legacy Hydroponic Red Romaine Caesar Salad with Crispy Pecorino Romano Croutons. Entrée options are Risotto Gamberetto (Prawns) with Roasted Acorn Squash, Fava Beans, Arugula, and Charred Citrus Beurre Blanc; Texas Raised Akaishi Herb and Garlic Roasted Tri-tip with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Toasted Pink Peppercorn Cognac Cream; or Joyce Farm Chicken Florentine with Creamy Pernod Spinach, Saffron Capellini Pasta, and Balsamic Glazed Asparagus. Perfect location on the beach! The deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Kitchen is very well stocked. Bikes that are included are a great amenity.

Our stay was amazing! It is right on the beach and within walking/biking of restaurants and shopping We got a flat tire while biking and they were there to repair within the hour! Ten of us fit perfectly and the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking need ! Highly recommend!

We gifted the week long trip to our two children and their families for Christmas (2023). Everyone said it was the best week and best vacation their had ever had. The location was SPOT ON and we all enjoyed a relaxing week together as a family. LOVED the bikes and riding down to Seaside. We have not ridden bikes in years but had a blast.
We are considering renting the same house for another trip next year, since we like give “memories” instead of gifts for Christmas and birthdays.

We or other family members have stayed in this property many times over the years and have seen it develop from a simple un-airconditioned beach house from the late 1960’s to the enlarged and attractive remodeled version it is today. Over the years the many improvements have made our family stays more relaxing and enjoyable and this year was no different. We have already rented it for our family vacation again next year.

Overall, my family was very pleased with home. Great location and very clean and modernized. One issue we had was there were 8 of us but only room for 7 to sit on couch, love seat and chair. Not a big deal but noticeable. Pool and bikes were in great shape and enjoyed. Couple all this with good communications with rental company and I can assure you we will be back.

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom- Really for a week long stay of 8 people
Only 3 trash bags for the entire week
I recommend that you are not so stingy with supplies
