A quick stroll to Eastern Lake Beach Access puts soft, white sands and a rare coastal dune lake within reach. On lucky days, watch the lake flow (outfall) into the Gulf, offering a unique chance to splash in both the lake and the gulf!

The first evening, scheduled for September 16 at 6:00 PM, features a bourbon tasting and five-course dinner paired with Verdict Bourbon cocktails. Oversee was the perfect little place for our quick family trip to 30A! Spotless with plenty of space and activities for when we weren’t out on the beach and soaking up the sun! Easy access in both directions of 30A depending on what vibe you’re looking for, a hidden gem!

Great place and nicely set up with lovely gifts. Golf cart and SkeeBall nice additions. Well stocked kitchen with both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. TVs in all rooms and easy to adjust thermostat. Highly recommended!

The place was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the townhome worked really well for our family of 5. The location is great, with tons of restaurants and shops within a short walk or golf cart ride. Seagrove is our preferred area to stay when visiting 30A. Having the golf cart was perfect for visiting the local beaches and going out for food and errands. The house was very clean when we arrived, however we were missing all of the amenities (soap, toilet paper, etc). After calling Oversee they had someone drop them off within about an hour. That was really the only hiccup, otherwise communication leading up to our stay was great, and we even had our own portal/site with all the necessary information. Would definitely recommend staying here.
