The place was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the townhome worked really well for our family of 5. The location is great, with tons of restaurants and shops within a short walk or golf cart ride. Seagrove is our preferred area to stay when visiting 30A. Having the golf cart was perfect for visiting the local beaches and going out for food and errands. The house was very clean when we arrived, however we were missing all of the amenities (soap, toilet paper, etc). After calling Oversee they had someone drop them off within about an hour. That was really the only hiccup, otherwise communication leading up to our stay was great, and we even had our own portal/site with all the necessary information. Would definitely recommend staying here.
