Pelican and Palm by Oversee 30A | Perfect in Walton County Awards – Three-Time Diamond Winner – Best Rental Mgmt. 2026, 2025, 2024
Pelican and Palm is easy coastal living with just the right amount of polish. Tucked along a quiet, tree-shaded street, this charming two-story home welcomes you with a welcoming front porch, made for slow coffees, sunset cocktails, and doing absolutely nothing on purpose.
When it’s time to play, you’re just minutes from WaterColor’s amazing resort-style pools, a palm-lined deck, and that perfect stretch of white sand and turquoise water. Hop on one of six bikes!
Inside, light-filled spaces feel relaxed and put-together, warm wood floors, coastal-blue accents, plush seating, and a cozy fireplace for low-key nights in. The bright, modern kitchen (white cabinetry, stainless appliances, quartz/marble counters, garden windows) is made for real beach meals, whether you’re gathering at the island or lingering around the dining table.
Bedrooms are calm, comfortable, and beautifully layered with crisp linens, soft textures, and leafy views. Bathrooms keep things spa-like with marble vanities, glass showers, and a soaking tub that earns its keep after a long beach day.
A sunny upstairs hallway, cheerful laundry room, and cozy writing nook add thoughtful, livable touches throughout.
Pelican and Palm is the kind of place that feels like home, if your home just happens to be in WaterColor.

Airbnb
We were the first guests to stay here, but we needed a place quickly due to a late cancellation. I’m happy to report that the house matched the description and the management company was very responsive to all my queries and requests. My family had a wonderful time, and we were able to enjoy all the Watercolor amenities thanks to the wristbands awaiting our arrival at the house. I would be happy to recommend this place, especially for families with young children due to its proximity to Camp Watercolor. You will be happy with the location if you don’t mind driving the golf cart provided to the beach. That is the only thing I missed, not seeing the beach from the house, but the neighborhood is so charming, in the end we were ok with the trade off. So there you have it- go ahead and book this house on the recommendation of a seasoned traveler. You’re welcome. 😉
