This stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is in the quiet, gated community of Cypress Dunes, where you can see deer and other wildlife during early evening walks along the boardwalks and trails. The well-preserved Topsail State Park is nearby and can be observed from all three stories of Santa Rosa Beach House on 30A.

In addition, you’ll have access to two community pools and a fitness center. Enjoy the pond, in the heart of the community, which includes cypress trees and lily pads, perfect for a peaceful stroll around this quiet neighborhood.

The first floor features a cozy sitting area, complete with a desk and chair, as well as a guest room, queen, with a private ensuite bathroom. A second guest room, full, includes a Jack and Jill bathroom that leads back into the sitting area.

On the second floor, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and large living room are great for gathering and making new fun-filled memories.

We loved our stay! It was beautiful and felt so secluded, and the views were gorgeous! Very responsive with the only question/issue we had the whole time (which was what is the Wifi password for the gym) 🙂 Would 1000% book again.

We liked the house a lot! It‚’s a quit neighborhood which we loved. Being so close to the gym and pool was nice. But the best part I think is sitting on the second or third story porch to see the deer walk through the park and see the awesome sunsets every evening. If this neighborhood had a beach access through the state park, it would be amazing! Other than that everything was great!

Perfect peaceful location just what was needed. Excellent property on 30A without the traffic and crowds. Enjoyed the 1,000 acre Top Sail State park with its uncrowded 3.5 mile long pristine beach the property overlooked and has a view to Gulf of Mexico too. Four bikes to tour the area were included couldn’t have been any better.

My family and I decided to go on a last minute quick getaway for the weekend. I had a difficult time finding something available that would accommodate my family. I came across the home in Santa Rosa that was available. I reached out to the Host regarding same day booking and check in, fortunately not only was the unit available but same day booking and check in was allowed. The location was easy to find, the community was a gated community and felt extremely safe and the location was perfect; giving us access to enjoy both Destin and Panama City. The home was exactly like the pictures posted , it’s extremely beautiful. The Host was responsive and attentive . We’ll definitely be back!
