The first floor keeps things cozy with a bedroom with two twin beds connected by a Jack and Jill bath to a queen bedroom. There’s also a separate queen bedroom with its own ensuite bath and a shady porch that practically begs for naps and good books.

Up on the second floor, the open kitchen, dining, and living space is ready for waffle breakfasts, family game nights, and late-night movies, all flowing out to a spacious balcony for sunset chats.

The third floor is all yours – a private primary suite with an ensuite bath, perfect for catching up on sleep or enjoying a little peace and quiet above it all.

At Lighthouse on 30A, days feel longer, laughter comes easier, and everything just feels right.

Oversee 30A is here to keep things smooth and simple. Our local team is available seven days a week, with a 24/7 emergency line if you need us.
