Welcome to your laid-back getaway near Topsail Hill Preserve. Lighthouse on 30A is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat designed for easy mornings, salty afternoons, and quiet nights.
Sip your coffee on the wide porches while the world wakes up around you. When adventure calls, hop on the golf cart for a quick ride to the beach, shops, and local restaurants.
The first floor keeps things cozy with a guest room featuring two twin beds, connected by a Jack and Jill bath to another guest room with a queen bed. The third guest room, with a queen bed, has its own ensuite bath and a shady porch, ideal for naps and a good book.
Up on the second floor, the open kitchen, dining, and living space is ready for waffle breakfasts, family game nights, and late-night movies, all flowing out to a spacious balcony for sunset chats.
The third floor is all yours. The private primary suite with an ensuite bath, is perfect for catching up on sleep or enjoying a little peace and quiet above it all.
At Lighthouse on 30A, days feel longer, laughter comes easier, and the whole place hums with good energy… 30A style!

Perfect place for a quiet week with the family

The house was clean and overall fine, but there were quite a few things missing that we‚’ve had at other Airbnbs. There were no basics/ essentials like oil, salt, or pepper in the kitchen, and no iron or steamer for clothes. The gas grill didn‚’t have a propane tank, so it couldn‚’t be used. We bought our own. Bc they took for ever to answer. Kitchenware was minimal‚Äîvery limited bowls and cooking tools, which made it hard for someone who cooks often.
Beach access by golf cart was helpful, but parking near the beach was very limited, and it didn‚’t feel safe or practical to walk there. The house also didn‚’t provide any beach towels, toys, or chairs‚Äîthings we‚’ve had at nearly every other place we‚’ve stayed.
Communication was okay but not great‚Äîresponses often took several hours. Just something to keep in mind depending on what kind of trip you‚’re planning
And if you are taking beach pictures make sure to bring your own steamer‚Ķ our pictures aren‚’t the best.

Beautiful home, golf cart was a lifesaver and the pool was phenomenal. Lots of stairs but space was good! Great for a bigger family.
