Convenient, peaceful, and well-appointed home/neighborhood. Responsive hosts. Golf-cart was a convenient source of transportation to and from the Watercolor Resort which is included and is always a great way to experience 30A.
The only con is the cleanliness/wear-and-tear of the unit, particularly within the bathrooms and bedrooms.
