Is it possible to spend a week here without ever using a car or golf cart? Absolutely. You are in walking and biking distance to so many amenities, gathering areas, restaurants and shopping!
With over a dozen parks and verdant green spaces, the highlight for your kids just may be the Boathouse on Western Lake.
It’s within walking distance from your home, and includes provisions for paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, bikes, and more.

This house was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and pools with multiple restaurant options nearby and It‚’s only a 10 minute walk to Seaside. We didn‚’t have to drive anywhere the whole time we were there. The wristbands for beach and pool access weren‚’t there when we checked in but communicating with the property manager was so easy and they got our wristbands to us quickly! We loved this location and would stay again!
