Freshly remodeled in 2023, this stylish Seacrest Beach home has plenty of space to stretch out, relax, and make yourself at home. It's tucked on a quiet street, with porches on every level and a peaceful backyard that feels like your own little hideaway.
On the first floor, a primary bedroom with a private bath offers comfort and space to recharge. The open living area features all-new furniture, a dining table for 10, and a huge kitchen island with seating for four more.
Upstairs, there’s a guest room with two queen beds and a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. A full porch off the room is perfect for morning coffee or a quiet escape. Down the hall, a fun bunk room features three XL twin bunks, its own bath, and another private porch overlooking the backyard.
The third floor is a flexible space with a queen sleeper sofa, a desk, and a play area for kids.
Every bedroom opens to a porch, making it easy to enjoy the quiet outside.
Outside, the private backyard is calm and leafy, with space to relax after a beach day. There’s an outdoor shower, walk-in laundry room, and parking for two cars. And the beach? Just a short walk or tram ride away! Enjoy.
Oversee 30A is local and here when you need us, every day, with a 24/7 emergency line just in case.
