The space was just as described. It was clean and a very short walk to the beach. It did take some getting used to the stairs. We did wish for 2 full bathrooms, but we made do. 4 adults getting ready at the same time took some planning. I loved being next to the bell tower and hearing it play music. I enjoyed guessing what songs it was playing. I could have danced all night; my fair lady was my favorite. Great stay, and we came at the perfect time.

This was a perfect house for our family of 4! We loved the location of the house. It was within walking distance to the beach and pools. Communication was great with the host. We will definitely come back here!

Nice little house in this popular gated beach community. Perfect size for a couple plus 1 or 2 kids. Simple, homely and functional.
You just can‚’t beat the location, with literally 5 houses down, or a 2 min walk, from the beach. Having pre-set, dedicated beach chairs with an umbrella is an awesome feature as well.
This was our 3rd time in Carillon Beach and I‚’d say Bimini was a bit on the expensive side considering its size and general amenities; i.e. we had stayed in bigger and more upgraded houses for not much more money in the last. That said, we would stay here again.

Great location. Clean! Easy walk to the beach, pool, playground, and the coffee shop. Bed was comfortable and I loved having the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Bikes were convenient to have and we used them. Outside grill worked too!

We had a great stay at our Oversee property this past week in Carillon Beach, FL. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and a very short walk to the beach access. Clean and well-stocked, too. The property manager had outstanding communication/customer service before and during our stay. We would recommend this home and would book again for a future trip to Carillon.

We took a risk staying at an unreviewed place, but we were so happy with our stay at Bimini. It was perfect for our family of 4. I was really impressed with Oversee Mgt probably one of the best property management companies I’ve encountered, actually made it feel like they cared about our experience! Such a nice touch giving the guests brand new beach towels and yeti cooler cups as a welcome gift! Loved the location of the house, only 5 houses away from the beach. Short walk to two different pools and playgrounds. Loved having the little shops nearby and the icing on the cake was the daily loungers/ umbrella service on the beach! Also loved having access to bikes. We would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at Bimini Cottage this past week. It was perfect for our family of 4 with young children. The house was clean and well-stocked. The property manager, Oversee, had excellent communication before and during our stay. The house is very close to the beach access point and also just a short walk to the Bellview community pool as well as Market Street for coffee, ice cream and pizza. We would recommend this home to others and would book again in the future. We love Carillon Beach!

Beautiful gated community. Beach house was perfect for small group, and so close to the beach. Also very convenient to 30 A area or quick drive to Panama City Beach.

The amenities are nice but the proximity to the beach and the tons of parking space make this place a must.

Our family had a great time on our vacation to Carillon Beach. The house was just as advertised and it was perfect for our family of four!

Bimini Cottage was the perfect size for a couple or a couple with small children. The location couldn’t be beat. Just a couple houses away from the beach walkover.

Arrived and AC not working. Mgt responded immediately and had it fixed within an hour. Kitchen is small but works. Location is perfect!

This is a great little house! We didn’t need to communicate with the host at all while we were there but they were very attentive and communicated well before and after. The beach access was at the end of our street and only five or six houses down. It was a short walk or ride on the bikes provided to get to any of our other friends and pools in the neighborhood. I read a couple reviews before booking but spoke directly with the management company and was assured any all all previous issues wwere addressed and taken care of. They were right and I’d definitely rent this house again!
