If and when you get to the sand, you and your sun-chasing favorite get to lounge like royalty on a pair of complimentary beach chairs, with an umbrella, available March through October.
Inside, this sleek and inviting open space is consumed by the views! You’ll also appreciate the high-end kitchen, a dining space for 10, and a living area designed for lots of memorable family fun.
The sliding doors lead to a spacious balcony with sweeping views from Panama City Beach to Destin. As an end unit, it offers a rare glimpse of Camp Helen State Park and its quiet, expansive beaches—a prime spot to soak in both sunrises and sunsets.
The primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, opens up to… you guessed it… more stunning views.
Down the hall, there’s a charming bunk room with 4 twin beds and 2 trundles that kids will adore. The third bedroom is a guest room, king, with its own private bath and, of course, more wonderful views.

We were very happy with the Top Shellf condo! The layout was perfect for adults and kids alike. The view was breathtaking. The communication was exceptional- truly. The condo was exactly as it is in pictures- seldom the case with condo rentals. We sincerely hope to be able to come back!

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was not crowded, the water was clear and the sand was white! The condo has tennis courts, a sand volleyball net and kayaks to use on the lake. We also found a ton of sea shells which was a nice change vs staying in Destin. The water was fishy, which was perfect for our family who likes to fish. The condo itself is older but this unit was completely updated, clean and nicely kept. There are fans in every room, which was nice. It seems like the air conditioner had a difficult time keeping cool at times. One evening we returned and it was 77 in the unit…this would be more of an issue during prime summer months. We were here the very last week of May. No other complaints!

Incredible place to stay! Perfectly situated for views and so close to the beach. The extra perk was having a complimentary set of chairs and umbrella already set up by beach service (can call and have more setup – on your dime). We saw dolphins about 100 yards out for 2 of our 5 days there. Management was responsive and helpful. This place is a hidden gem away from the crowds and madness of 30A, Rosemary and Panama City. Truly magical.

This beautiful condo was the perfect location for a long weekend! The views were amazing! There was a quick walk to the beach and the included umbrellas were a bonus! The decor was newly updated and welcoming! We enjoyed great restaurants and shops nearby. We will definitely remember this spot the next time we plan a beach vacation!

We loved this condo. Appreciated the cleanliness and the supplies for cooking if we wanted to. We only needed one thing from Oversee and they were quick to respond.

The rental was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, and an amazing view of an amazing ocean view. Plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen for when we prepared food. The only recommendation for improvement I have is the water pressure in the kitchen sink is barely a trickle…I could have called I suppose looking back but I’m not one to complain or be high maintenance.
