The 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Race Series is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community by hosting a world-class 10K and associated events. These events raise money for local charities while promoting health and fitness. To date, the series has raised over $850,000 for their charity partners, aiding local families and children in need. The festivities invite runners of all ages and abilities and include a DJ, local vendors, and a post-race celebration featuring breakfast and a complimentary Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. Participants will receive a commemorative super soft race shirt and an iconic medal. The Thanksgiving Day Race Series offers two days of activities with a 10K, 5K, and 1-mile run/walk, providing a distance for every ability. Attendees are encouraged to participate in all the festivities. Voted one of the top 10 turkey trots in the South by Southern Living Magazine, the 30A 10K is renowned for its flat and scenic route along 30A. The route offers participants views of South Walton’s scenic architecture and dune lakes, with the start and finish lines located in the picturesque setting of Rosemary Beach. Our stay at this beautiful beachfront home was perfect! This is truly a private and quiet getaway. The view of the beach was breathtaking, providing a wonderful backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. When you step off the patio, you are on the beach. This was perfect for our son, who loves to go back and forth to the beach throughout the day. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it well-equipped for a quick getaway and an extended stay. The home is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and more. The management company was friendly and attentive from start to finish, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their excellent service truly enhanced our experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a memorable beach vacation.
