The open living and dining area is spacious and inviting. The living room with plenty of windows, a large TV, and comfy seating. The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space with seating for 6 and leads to a wonderful porch, with more seating and a large dining table.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms and a bunk room. The primary bedroom, king, features a lovely sitting area and dual porch access.
A Publix grocery store is only a few blocks away, as well as boutiques, a liquor store, and casual dining. Its convenient location makes it easier to spend less time running around and more time enjoying your getaway.
A complimentary 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes are included, making it a breeze to visit WaterColor’s community pools and beach club.
