In the WaterColor district, the gorgeous Southern Tide is the perfect spot for your vacation. It’s just a short 4–5-minute walk to the beach and pools. Or take a bike everywhere, four are complimentary!

The open living area is spacious and inviting, the living room has plenty of windows, a large TV, and comfy seating. The fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space with seating for 6, and leads to a wonderful porch, with more seating and a large dining table. A primary bedroom, king, with private bath is down the hall.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms and a bunk room.

The primary bedroom, king, boasts a lovely sitting area and dual porch access.

A Publix grocery store is only a few blocks away, as well as boutiques, a liquor store, and casual dining. Its convenient location makes it easier to spend less time running around and more time enjoying your getaway.

The 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes are included, making it a breeze to visit WaterColor’s community pools and beach club.

Beautiful house, great location, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed! We lived on the screen porches and the golf cart was my boys favorite part for going to the beach, pool, or dinner! We will definitely be back!
