The first-floor primary suite sets the tone with a king bed, walk-in shower, double sinks, and a closet big enough to hide all evidence of overpacking.
Nearby, the main living area keeps everyone together with two inviting couches and a dining table perfect for quick breakfasts or late-night snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, wine fridge, dishwasher, and built-in sliding microwave, basically everything you need to feel like you have your life completely together.
Upstairs, things get even more fun. A mini living room offers a couch, TV, wine fridge, and a built-in bunk bed that kids and grownups will inevitably argue over. The additional primary suites each include a TV, ensuite bathroom, and closet.

We loved our stay at this Oversee property! The home layout was perfect for an extended family trip. Beautifully decorated and the bedding was so comfortable – gave high end hotel vibes. The host was extremely responsive and worked with a 3rd party to ensure a crib was setup prior to our arrival. The listing does not mention beach equipment or beach towels. We brought all of our own beach equipment in anticipation of there not being anything to use at the house; however, to our surprise there was a whole storage closet with beach chairs, toys, etc. for use, along with beach towels in the primary bedroom. Unsure if this equipment was provided by Oversee or left by prior guests, but we would have traveled with a lot less equipment knowing this. The bikes and golf cart were very useful during our stay as well. Minor criticism is that the floors were not as clean as they appeared – our feet were dirty walking inside the home barefoot upon arrival; a thorough mopping job was needed.

Our stay at 3 Son’s Cabana was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—and then some. The kitchen was a dream, stocked with high-end appliances, an air fryer, and every thing we would need for a week long vacay.
The golf cart and bikes were a huge highlight for our group, making it easy and fun to explore the area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the entire home felt brand new—spotless, stylish, and beautifully maintained.
One of our favorite features was the convenience: two washers and two dryers made beach life effortless, and the multiple mini fridges throughout the house were such a luxury touch. Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a game-changer and made our stay even more relaxing.
The decor truly set the tone—it felt like a peaceful, upscale paradise. The beach is just a quick five-minute walk away (or an even more enjoyable bike ride), making it incredibly accessible. Our kids especially loved the daily walks to the creamery, which quickly became a daily tradition.
We can’t say enough good things about this home. It delivered a true five-star experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We would absolutely recommend 3 Son’s Cabana to anyone looking for a high-end getaway in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach.

We had a good time at this property which felt like home since we arrived. The area is beautiful with plenty of amenities restaurants and things to do specially with family during holidays.

We appreciated the quick replies and thoroughness of the property mgmt company. This new house was lovely and beautifully furnished! We visit 30A at least twice a year and really liked staying this time in the Blue Mtn beach area…about the 1/2 way point on 30A. We decided to take another vacay last minute for the holiday week. I had looked at so many rental ads I thought this rental provided a golf cart (totally my mix up)…it did not so we rented one…we always use a GC pretty much every day of our stays here. That would be my only suggestion is to provide a golf cart. We look forward to coming back in 2026!
