The condo was very nice. Only complaints I had was the bathroom tubs did not drain very well. The parking instructions were not existent. One place to throw away your trash that was not very close. While oversee responded to your questions it wasnt fast enough IMO. The front gate to get into the complex was broken for two days, when they finally fixed it they made it hard to get in.

Oversee mgmt was extremely quick to respond to any issue and more than generous in taking care of us and making sure we were happy. We had a pretty big hiccup with our first condo and they moved us without question and upgraded us for no additional fees and took care of everything to right the situation.

The PM was amazing…best we’ve ever dealt with. The house was great. Beds were comfortable…kitchen was stocked and the AC was cold. Can’t wait to book here again!
