Held on Mondays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM starting August 17th, the program allows young artists to explore celebrated figures, experiment with various mediums, and build creative confidence in a collaborative environment. Tuition options include $60 per class, $240 monthly, or $780 for the 13-week Fall Semester, with Step Up for Students Direct Pay accepted. While individual class attendance is welcome, consistent participation encourages deeper artistic growth and community connection. Registration is available online.

The schedule begins Friday evening with a welcome reception at the Watersound Real Estate office from 4 to 6 p.m., followed by the First Friday Concert Series at The Pavilion from 6 to 8 p.m. On Saturday, guests can tour participating communities during regular sales center hours, join the Minto Matchpoint Pickleball Tournament at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound with advance registration, and attend a beachfront bonfire at the Watersound Beach Club from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event wraps up Sunday with ongoing community tours and the Watersound Block Party at The Pavilion from 2 to 6 p.m., featuring live music, food trucks, and activities.

Our condo reflected the vrbo post to a Tee! It was beautiful and had everything we needed! The location was private and not touristy at all. Great location to restaurants too. The condo was very nice. Only complaints I had was the bathroom tubs did not drain very well. The parking instructions were not existent. One place to throw away your trash that was not very close. While oversee responded to your questions it wasnt fast enough IMO. The front gate to get into the complex was broken for two days, when they finally fixed it they made it hard to get in.

Oversee mgmt was extremely quick to respond to any issue and more than generous in taking care of us and making sure we were happy. We had a pretty big hiccup with our first condo and they moved us without question and upgraded us for no additional fees and took care of everything to right the situation.

The PM was amazing…best we’ve ever dealt with. The house was great. Beds were comfortable…kitchen was stocked and the AC was cold. Can’t wait to book here again!
