Big, bright, and built for a crowd, this gorgeous Blue Mountain Beach home brings four floors of well-planned space, a private pool with a spillover spa(!), and a rooftop setup that’s hard to leave. It’s close to the beach and some of 30A’s favorite restaurants and fun, easygoing shops: Explore them all on a complimentary bike!
Seven bedrooms and 7.5 baths give everyone room to settle in. The layout keeps things flowing, with three separate indoor living areas so the group can spread out without losing the togetherness part.
The first floor is a hit with the kids (and anyone who likes a little friendly competition). There’s a hangout space with a mini kitchenette, TV, Xbox, games, and a foosball table. Step outside and you’re right at the pool, lounge area, and outdoor kitchen!
Two bedrooms sit on this level, including a bunk room that sleeps ten, each bed gets its own TV, plus a nearby guest room.
On the second floor, a chef’s kitchen anchors the space, with plenty of room to cook and a dining table that seats twenty without squeezing.
The living room feels grand but still cozy, with a gas fireplace and seating for everyone. Two primary bedrooms are also on this level.
The third floor adds another living area, two more primary suites, and a guest room with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk, ideal for mixed groups or families traveling together.
Then there’s the rooftop. An expansive space, you’ll love the covered outdoor kitchen, dining area, and lounge seating set the scene for long evenings, ocean air, and wide views.
Outside, two natural gas grills handle dinner, and the private pool handles everything else. Six bikes and a golf cart make getting around simple. Ride one of the complimentary bikes over to nearby restaurants, ice cream spots, and local favorites: a definite trip highlight.
Blue Mountain Beach sits between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach, known for its relaxed, family-friendly feel without giving up great food, shops, and things to do.
Oversee 30A is local and close by, available daily with a 24/7 line for anything that comes up.
BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights Beach Access is the closest—about 600 steps (roughly 1,500 feet) from the house. It includes parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic tables, and lifeguards during peak season. From the house, head right on 30A, turn right at Gulfview Heights Street by Goatfeathers, and follow it to the end.

Our family of 17 absolutely loved this home! It is SO spacious. The beds are comfortable. The elevator is a nice feature because there are lots of steps to get up to the 3rd and 4th level. Beautiful views of the gulf from the roof. The pool was large and awesome. The golf cart and bikes were so convenient to get to the beach. Also not a bad walk at all to get to the beach! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a big group of families with littles and the house was set up perfect for this! Everyone had their own space. The pool was big and warm! We were walking distance to the beach but also had the golf cart. We were also walking distance to the snack shack and Goatfeathers. There was also a souvenir shop right next door! Perfect location! We will hopefully be coming back there next year.
