The highlight is the incredible private beach access to the pristine Gulf waters, just a short stroll away!
Professionally designed interiors keep things bright, calming, and polished. The full kitchen is ready for everything from lazy-morning waffles to a dinner-in kind of night, and the in-unit laundry means you can pack light and stay refreshed.
Two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other a bunk room, sit on opposite sides of the foyer, giving everyone a little extra privacy. One space includes a private attached bathroom, the other offers its own ensuite setup, both with shower/tub combos for easy unwinding.
Head deeper into the home for the roomy primary suite, complete with a king bed, TV, and a full bathroom featuring a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
It’s a quiet, comfortable retreat designed for slow mornings and relaxed evenings.
The private balcony is perfect for enjoying the coastal air or catching the soft glow of sunset. And with three complimentary bikes, cruising through the restaurants, shops, and pathways of Seacrest, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach becomes part of the fun. Spontaneity is key!

Check in was a little odd, it would be helpful if the directions directed the renter that the rental is in the Alexander building because the address is t posted anywhere and that there is a reserved parking spot. Also, the door code didn’t work at arrival but within five minutes the property management had it fixed. After that, everything was great. Rental was clean, location is fantastic. Everything a renter could expect was provided. Great value and a great property.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful. It feels high-end, elegant, and very comfortable. The large balcony was a highlight, spacious kitchen, big cozy beds, 3 large bathrooms, and elevator/luggage carts made it perfect. The location is unbeatable, perfectly situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach, with restaurants just a 5-min walk either direction. Parking was easy, and once we arrived, we were able to park the car and walk everywhere or bike if you wanted.
Since we visited during the cooler months, beach access wasn’t a priority for us. However, if you are coming specifically for beach access in the summer, just be aware that the beaches in Rosemary and Alys are private. Public access is about a 40-minute walk or bike ride toward Seacrest. That wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s helpful to know in advance when planning.
Communication with the company was responsive and helpful. tiny note: bring your favorite double-ply TP if you’re particular. We will absolutely be back!
