Plan your stay: December 30, 2026–January 3, 2027
The best part of a New Year’s beach trip might happen after the countdown: coffee with a Gulf view, a breakfast that runs into lunch, and no reason to pack up on January 1.
Make room for all of it with a four-night stay on Florida’s 30A. Arrive December 30, settle in before New Year’s Eve, and stay through January 3. Ingle’s Nest: For the group that loves a good dinner in
Seaside · 3 bedrooms · 2.5 bathrooms · Sleeps 8
Someone in every group volunteers to cook. At Ingle’s Nest, they have double ovens, a six-burner cooktop, and a kitchen island to work with. The rest of the group can handle breakfast, the playlist, and the dishes.
A gas fireplace gives the living space a cozy winter appeal, while the screened porch offers another place to sit down together when the weather cooperates. Three bikes are included, and West Ruskin beach access is listed 0.2 miles from the home.
Choose Ingle’s Nest if your New Year’s plans leave plenty of room for time at the house. A meal together, a beach walk, and a second cup of coffee can make a very good January 1.
Beachcrest 202: Start the year with a Gulf view
Seagrove Beach · 2 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms · Sleeps 4
A big holiday doesn’t have to mean a big group. Beachcrest 202 is a Gulf-front option for travelers who would rather put the view at the center of their stay.
Both bedrooms have king beds, making this an especially useful layout for two couples traveling together. The primary bedroom opens onto the balcony, and private beach access makes it easy to work a shoreline stroll into the day.
There’s a kitchen for breakfast before heading out and a washer and dryer for the practical side of a four-night trip. Keep the itinerary light and give the balcony some time on the schedule.
The listing’s included beach-chair service runs March 1–October 31, so it does not cover this New Year’s stay.

The Crossings at Watersound Beach C214: Give everyone a little breathing room
Watersound Beach · 3 bedrooms · 3.5 bathrooms · Sleeps 6
For three couples or a family that values privacy, the bedroom arrangement matters. This Gulf-front condo has a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The shared spaces give you a reason to come back together: expansive windows, an oversized balcony overlooking the Gulf, and a living area for catching up after a day out. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen if your first dinner of 2027 is happening at home.
Private beach access adds to the appeal. Choose this stay for the combination of Gulf views, comfortable gathering space, and a bathroom arrangement that makes getting ready for dinner much easier.

Beach and Boardwalk w/ Carriage House: Bring everyone, with room to spread out
Rosemary Beach · 4 bedrooms · 5 bathrooms · Sleeps 14
Getting the whole family away together takes a little planning. Beach and Boardwalk w/ Carriage House gives you a main house plus a separate carriage house, offering flexibility for a multigenerational stay or families traveling together.
The Rosemary Beach property is two homes from the beach, with private beach access, Gulf-view balconies, and courtyards for spending time outside. You can also walk to the town center for part of your holiday exploring.
The sleeping arrangements include bunk and loft spaces, so review the layout before booking for an all-adult group. For families who want to share the trip while keeping some separate space, the carriage house is a compelling reason to take a closer look.

Tickle Me Tides: Let the house be part of the itinerary
Inlet Beach · 4 bedrooms · 3.5 bathrooms · Sleeps 14
If your group includes people who like to keep busy, Tickle Me Tides gives them options without having to organize another outing.
The home’s listed amenities include a hot tub, private pool with heating available, mini golf, a fire pit, and games including air hockey and foosball. A six-seat golf cart and eight bikes add ways to explore, subject to local access rules.
It’s a strong option for a family trip where the downtime matters as much as the New Year’s Eve plans. Start January 1 slowly, then let everyone choose their own pace.
Before booking, confirm pool-heating arrangements and any additional charges for your dates. Review the sleeping layout, too, so everyone knows where they’ll be settling in.
Flamingo Blue: Bring your dog to Dune Allen
Dune Allen · Sleeps 11 · Pet-friendly
If the dog is part of the holiday plans, start with a home that welcomes pets. Flamingo Blue appeared in our New Year’s search with pet-friendly accommodation, Gulf views, a private pool with heating available, and three bikes.
Its Dune Allen location makes it a useful choice for travelers who prefer the western end of 30A. There’s room for a larger group, with outdoor amenities worth considering alongside the home’s bedroom layout.
Check the pet policy and fees before reserving, and ask about pool heating for this winter stay. Pet-friendly accommodation does not automatically include permission to bring dogs onto local beaches.
A House With No Name: A pet-friendly option in Seagrove
Seagrove Beach · Sleeps 8 · Pet-friendly
Prefer to stay in Seagrove with your dog? Add A House With No Name to your shortlist.
This renovated home appeared in our holiday search with pet-friendly accommodation, three bikes, and pool amenities listed. Its location and capacity offer another option for families or friends who want to compare a Seagrove stay with the larger homes elsewhere along 30A.
Review the photos and sleeping arrangements, then confirm the pet policy and the pool’s winter operating and heating details. Those specifics will help you decide whether this is the right house for your four-night getaway.
Add a New Year’s Eve outing to your stay
Once you’ve chosen your home, build the evening around the kind of celebration you enjoy. These organizers have published information for welcoming 2027; check their pages again before making final plans.

Make a four-night getaway of it
Arriving December 30 gives you time to unpack and stock the kitchen before New Year’s Eve. Spend December 31 exploring near your home before dinner or a local celebration.
Then leave January 1 open. A late breakfast, a beach walk, and an afternoon back at the house may be all the planning it needs. With January 2 still ahead, you have another full day before heading home on January 3.
A few things to check before you book
Which dates should I search?

Can I bring my dog?
Flamingo Blue and A House With No Name were marked pet-friendly in the search results. Check the individual home’s restrictions and fees, and include your pets when requesting a quote.
Does “sleeps 14” mean 14 adults will have separate beds?
No. Capacity can include bunk beds, lofts, and sofa beds. Review the sleeping arrangements for your actual group before reserving.
